What does IBC UK do?

 

IBC UK (Inflammatory Breast Cancer UK) is a newly registered charity which aims to:

 

·       advance the education of the public, including health professionals, about inflammatory breast cancer and in particular its impact and the importance of early diagnosis, referral and treatment.

·       promote research into the causes, treatment and cure of IBC, and to publish the results of this

 

IBC is an unusual form of cancer and there is little research currently being done in the UK specifically into its causes
