I, Siren, am a Sojourner on the United States of America. Here I have uploaded documents and links from my personal library to help all of us in our efforts to remain free.
I am not an expert in all areas of freedom. My specialty (so far) is freedom from credit card debt. Naturally, as I am not an attorney, what I offer here is by way of FREE SPEECH only, and is not in any way meant to be construed as legal advice. I only share what has helped me obtain freedom for myself in the past and the present. My postings belong to me and me alone, I offer them for viewing only, at no charge or cost whatsoever, without prejudice, without recourse, without liability, no value assumed, given or assured. I am not the beneficiary of any undisclosed 3rd party trust.
In my own search for freedom, I have developed documents which I have found to be helpful for fighting off the unlawful, third-party debt collectors. As one surely knows, any 3rd party with which one has no contract has no legal standing in order to pursue a collection action against one. There are many places where one can go to also obtain this, or similar, information. If you do not feel the information I am presenting here is of benefit for your particular situation, please continue looking for answers and you will (hopefully) find them!
Because of the sensitive nature of these documents, I have decided to lock them for present; therefore, you must have the password in order to view the four pages: "Validation of Debt," "If You Are Sued," "Legal Templates," and "Credit Repair."
