Below: Katherine's Claymore

Appearance - Katherine prefers to wear all black, and has also dyed her hair black. She keeps her hair from going past her shoulders.

Abilities - Katherine is usually sent on covert ops during the night. She has the unusual ability to move at such a speed that she appears to fly. This is possible by "riding" on yoki flows with such incredible speed that she temporarily flies. She then makes use of her incredible yoma energy to dispatch the enemy quickly. She usually acts at 10% power, and is only used on missions with more powerful enemies.
.:Nocturn Blossom:.
Katherine has been ordered by the organization to train to surpass the awakening point without actually awakening. She has repeatedly "half-awakened", with the assistance of her incredible will, over the time after the defeat of Garnet. Now she can even awaken parts of her body and leave the rest at only 20% yoki output with a little exertion. Her current limit is awakening the entire torso and arms without losing control. Full awakening:

Description - Katherine's parents were killed by yoma, she and her brother survived. She learned to develop a hatred yoma and an iron resolve to become stronger. When her brother was killed and the yoma confronted her, she killed it herself to the amazement of a late-arriving Claymore. She was then recruited.
Appearance - Lloyd has Platinum colored hair that's is parted. He wears a Black sleeveless shirt with a white design. Lloyd wears normal black pants
Type - Offensive
Claymore - Lloyd's claymore is a ancient sword from long ago. It's made from bones of Awakened ones and the blade itself is denser than most Claymores. The symbol resembles a flame.
Below: Llyod's Claymore
Abilities - He can sense yoki energy and reacts to the yoki flow to attack. As his name states He has super human Agility. He can absorb yoki energy to let him jump extremly high. When he jump he has a illusion of two black wings are on his back. He usually never use his Yoki. He usually only uses it to gain a little boost to his superhuman strength.
Description - He is the only Male Claymore due to his non-interest in sexual pleasure. He is only worried to get better to become #1 ranked without using a lot Yoki energy. His family was killed off by the yoma and he saw his best friend became one of the Awakened Ones when she used too much yoki energy. After seeing so many of his closest ones losing to their fears, he decided to get better and to kill off all the Yomas so as to make the world pure again. Being the only Male Claymore left, he has more strength then the Female Claymores but is given #3 because the Female Claymores think he might become an Awakened one due to male claymores awaken faster than female claymores.

Appearance - Originally, Lindy likes to tie her hair up into a ponytail but she adopted and kept her long hairstyle after getting used to it during one of her covert missions. Her natural hair color is black while her natural eyes color is blue. Not picky over what the organization gives her to wear, "the basic Claymore armor will do," will be what she will say when asked.
Type - Offensive
Character - Kind hearted, polite to all and loyal to friends. Works well both individually or in a team and will obey orders at all cost. Tries to crack a joke or to help others achieve an understanding to lighten up the tense atmosphere that other Claymores are going through when they're arguing or in heated disagreements.
Abilities - Flexibility and agility are her strengths as she appears to be "always on the move" during battles - Jumping around, somersaulting. Her ability to dodge attacks and unpredictable strikes are results of her heightened flexibility and agility.
Description - An orphan picked up by the organisation at a young age...neither she nor the organization knows much of her background. Passed the rigid training to become a Claymore but did not have the opprtunity to meet others as she's one of the last few Claymores to enter training and to graduate. However, deep in her heart, she wishes to have more friends and to find a true friend whom she can hand her black card to, if she ever reaches her limit.
Appearance - Though with the standard Claymore Outfit.
Type - Offensive

Abilities – Ariel’s special attack is known as the “saw.” She moves her blade back and forth in a rapid motion, (think chainsaw) creating an extremely sharp edge that can cut through most surfaces. She is capable of performing the attack without releasing much Yoki energy, though it is considerably less powerful without yoki energy. The saw’s movements are somewhat sporadic, as she cannot keep all her motions on the same plane without utilizing more than 10% of her yoki energy. In other words, her arm thrusts out wildly in many directions when preparing for the saw, giving her the nickname, the “Winged,” for the rapidly flashing blades are known to resemble a pair of large wings. It is rumored that she once cut the blade of a rogue Claymore with the saw; however, this may just be a rumor. (If this is considered to powerful, it will just be a rumor, otherwise it will be truth, but only possible utilizing around 50% of her yoki energy.)
In addition to the Saw, Ariel is proficient at sensing Yoki energy, and controlling her own, releasing it in many different levels.
Yoki Residue: Ariel is able to read the residue left behind when powerful Yoki's are released, allowing her to track Yoma and Claymores, as well as locate residencies of powerful Yoma.
Description – Daughter to a lumberjack, Ariel was treated harshly at birth. Both father and mother had wanted a boy, rather than a girl, for they perceived women to be weak and incompetent. As such, Ariel was shunned by her parents, yet she wanted nothing more than the approval of her parents. Day after day, she would venture into the woods with a large saw, and practice, training her muscles in the art of her parents, forcing herself to become stronger in order to aid her father. Her training regimen gifted her with stronger muscles than most girls her age, and on her 10h birthday, she was finally acknowledged by her parents.
Still retaining her feminine features, Ariel grew older, working with her father in the forest, felling large trees. Yet one day, when Ariel was around 12 years of age, a group of yoma took residence in her family’s forest. Her father made up his mind to rid the forest of the infestation, and Ariel could not let him go alone, and so, despite her young age, she accompanied him. Together, the two assaulted the Yoma camp, and while Ariel managed to slay one, they were overwhelmed. Her father died before her eyes at the hands of the Yoma, and she would have been slain as well, if not for the timely arrival of a Claymore.
On her way back from a village, the Claymore had sensed the yoki of the Yoma, and arrived quickly, slaughtering the Yoma. Yet before saving daughter and father, she had watched from a distance, and was impressed by Ariel’s fighting style. After saving Ariel, the Claymore disappeared, and a few months later, Ariel’s mother mysteriously died. Shortly after her mother’s death, Ariel was approached by a man in a Black Coat who issued upon her an ultimatum: “Live without friends or family, or join the Claymores.”
In the Claymore organization, Ariel was terrified by the cold-heartedness of most Claymores, and the Black Coat’s as well. On the final test she was horrified by the methods that the Black Coat’s used to test Claymore’s and debated fleeing the organization. Yet after observing the brutality of the organization, she decided to stay in it, for a suspicion arose within her, the suspicion that the organization was responsible for the death of her mother. And so, Ariel joined the Claymores, for she was left with little other choice, determined to rise to the top in order to learn more about the death of her parents, and the Claymore who saved her.
Name:
Walter
Gender:
Male
Rank:
9
Insignia:

Race:
Claymore
Type:
Offensive
Alignment: (not really important)
Neutral/Good
Likes:
On the occasions he does grow hungry, he prefers to eat spicy meat. Other than that he likes whatever he’s involved in to run smoothly.
Dislikes:
Arrogant people, being restricted from what he’s capable of.
Personality:
Calm and amiable. It’s easy for him to get along with most individuals; however because of the abuse he had suffered as a child he can occasionally become sadistic.
Speed is one of, if not the, highest priority in Walter's mind. Every split second counts in just about everything. Being faster than the enemy, being able to react quickly and dodge an opponent's attacks at any time, are crucial to him.
Appearance:

Attribute:
Dexterity
Dominant Arm:
Right
Weight
98kg (215lbs)
Height
186cm (6'1")
Special Skill: Ghost Run
When he charges at an opponent, he sends a small amount of yoki(about 5%) to his legs, in order to amplify his speed, as well as his form of running: it involves running in a zigzag style that makes it appear as if there were two of him, or at least a very blurred vision of himself. In addition to surprising the enemy causing a possible drop of their guard when on the offensive, amplifying his legs for a speed increase also makes for a useful evasive maneuver; although, it can work against him if his mind cannot keep up with his legs, and if he's not careful he can trip over himself and leave himself vulnerable.
History:
At the time of his mother's death, both Walter and his father both fell into a state of depression, however the more depressed of the two was Walter's father. He began to drink an excessive amount of alcohol, and during the afternoon and night his father would develop violent habits, beating Walter if he ever came close, or even for no reason whatsoever. It was a repeating cycle that had lasted for over 4 years, with bruises from the beatings covering Walter's body as the days passed. The scars and deepest bruises can even be seen today, in areas under his uniform and coat, such as the sides of his abdomen, the sternum, and the tops of his arms and legs. Even worse, these violent habits latched onto Walter, and he began attacking those he deemed weaker than himself. It had caused him to be shunned by not only his father, but the entire village.
Then one day, 4 years later, Walter's father had left the house, exiting the door without a word. Walter assumed he was going to actually by drinks himself, as Walter was the one who had to go outside to buy the drinks, but his father never came home that day. It was only 3 days afterwards that his father came back, looking as if nothing was wrong. Though a week and a half afterwards, something did go wrong in the town. One by one, every other week, a citizen of the town would be mercilessly slaughtered, their insides exposed and the organs ripped out from the body, presumably eaten. The first death though, had not been discovered; instead the second villager killed was found, and later on that day, the decaying corpse of the first victim was discovered. No one knew who was to blame, and chaos began to ensue in the peaceful little town. Though, the brief disappearance of Walter's father made a few wonder...
These suspicions came far too late though. By the time the villagers even began to suspect Walter's father, 7 people were already dead. In other words, it had only been 3 and a half months since the brief disappearance of Walter's father. Many people began to suspect the depressed and violent drunkard by the next week, when another villager fell victim. Not taking any chances, the village sent a formal request to the Organization, without the knowledge of Walter nor his father. 5 days later, the request was answered, and a Claymore had walked silently into the village, not caring that the villagers surrounding her were suspicious of her as well despite that she was their savior. Walter was inside the house avoiding his father as usual, and neither were aware of the Claymore that walked into the village. That night though was the evening Walter's father had revealed himself as a yoma. Walter was again forced to buy drinks for his father, and ran outside in a hurry to get the job done fast. He never once saw the Claymore though, not when he rushed to get the alcoholic beverages, and not when rushing back home. When he opened the door, Walter saw right in front of him the shadowed figure of his father, standing taller than ever over the boy. He had something in his mouth that dripped a deep red fluid--blood. Walter made the attempt to look into the face of his father, but never saw his face. Instead, an ugly demonic head had taken its place, golden eyes flashing and staring back at the boy. This man was not Walter's father--it was a yoma.
It spat out what it was eating-it looked like a kidney-and smiled wryly at Walter. It tortured Walter's as it explained to him how the boy looked so familiar to the one he saw sleeping peacefully as the creature quietly killed the boy's mother, who slept in a separate room from him and his father. In fact the whole village looked familiar, even after it left the town 4 years ago. It killed Walter's mother 4 years ago and left elsewhere. It also came across a familiar man as it wandered mindlessly through the town's alleyways, and killed the man since he saw the yoma, and took the man's form, the memories absorbing in due time. This yoma had not only killed Walter's mother, it also killed his father 4 years later. This was all too much for Walter to bare, and he mindlessly charged at the beast before him, only to be beaten horribly and nearly knocked out. It laughed at him as Walter struggled to get up, but lost what little strength he had. In a miracle that would probably never happen again, the Claymore burst in through the door of the house, sensing the yoki of the yoma that would have killed Walter if the Claymore had came in a minute longer. She did not hesitate to behead the now surprised beast, nor did she hesitate to leave the scene, walking out. To Walter, the ability to kill the enemy so quickly, yet in such a graceful way, was nothing short of amazing and terrifying. He looked at the corpse of the yoma that had posed as his father, and fantasized about if it were him that killed the yoma. This fantasy became a hobby of the boy, and little did he know that it would eventually come true. Many years later, a mysetious man in black had seen Walter, and asked the mayor about the history of the boy, as the bruises and depression-plastered face caught nis eye. The chief told this man everything, from his history, to him being shunned, to the fantasy Walter had become so fond of. The man in black smiled, and asked permission to "adopt" Walter; as in, take him to the organization. The chief reconciled, and the man in black approached Walter, and asked for his permission to come with him, and change his life, and in the man in black's words, "hopefully for the better." Walter was brought to the door of the Organization, and he became infused with the flesh and blood of a yoma.

Abilities -
Fighting Style -
Description - Daine is one of the very few male claymore accepted by the organization, with a very high potential but always lacking what it takes to proceed due to his esthetical way of killing with different swords, and the fact that he cannot use more than 10% of his power without destroying his own body or releasing more until he loses conscience(or awakening for a matter of fact). Much of his past is unknown but apparently he joined the organization to destroy the ones who murdered his family and friends which he accomplished a few years ago and now he has no reason to live whatsoever.
It is said that one day he was the verge of awakening and when he did the entire north was nearly obliterated. Actual facts say that 3 villages were destroyed in 2 days. When this happened numbers 6, 7, 8 and 9 and some "disposable tools", were assembled to kill him. Most of them survived heavily injured, but he was still alive. This happened in the region of #1 when #2 was resting and coincidently met #5 who was returning from an undercover mission. #3 was spying on all of them and was discovered on the way back by #1. #4 killed an Awakened Being not far from this area. All 5 claymores sensed Daine’s awakening and reported that he was destroyed along with Mireille, but there is a rumor that a man in purple cape that walks the land is actually the only one who made a soul-link non experienced user and the effects were reversed. Apparently he has a secret agenda and a few unsettled businesses with both awakened beings and claymores as well as allies on both sides.
Below: Claymore used to kill Garnet

Name - Kharon ((Old Hebrew for wrath))
Appearance - Kharon is a giant of a man, almost two and a half meters tall and at least a meter and a quarter wide at the shoulder; his skin is pale, and his hair is a wild, coppery mane, the color maintained by regular infusions of yoki to the roots of said hair. His eyes are the usual silver, but when Kharon gets emotional- which is rather often- specks of red flare within it, literally glowing like embers. His skin is covered by a grizzly gallery of battle scars; he wears heavy black-and-gold painted plate armor, and wields a pair of huge bronze-hued battle-axes.
Type - Offensive
Claymore - Kharon doesn't use a sword. He instead carries a pair of bronze-painted battle axes forged of the same material as the usual swords.
Abilities -
Description - Kharon was born in a small town near Rabona; a large bandit raid destroyed his home when he was thirteen years old, and the bandits took him with them; he was forced to train, and eventually joined the group. He had always been very large and physically strong, and had developed a thing for axes early on. He remained with the bandits until, one day after he had turned twenty-seven, they were set upon by a group of yoma. He had managed to kill one of them in the confusion and escape. Now that his second family was gone, he was one of those who had been found by the Organization after the immense screw-up involving the 83rd and 84th generations.
After the operation, however, things started to go wrong. His mind began to deteriorate- an unexpected reaction to the yoki surging through his body now. Kharon slowly but surely went insane, until, by the end of his training, he had become a bloodthirsty berserker- and he passed with flying colors. During one Awakened hunt, he reached such a height of blood-frenzy that he began to uncontrollably release his yoki. Only the efforts of his teammates prevented him from fully Awakening- but it is doubtful that he would have become much more monstrous than he had turned out to be in the end.
Kharon is not trusted; he is a formidable warrior, yet he rarely sees battle anymore- sending him on a mission is usually more trouble than its worth, as he cannot be left alone, but might turn on his own teammates when he runs out of enemies to tear apart.

i.e [for physical appearance, not clothes]
Appearance - Yrael just wears the usual Claymore uniform. She has a fair and smooth complexion, bordering on pale white. Her hair is waist-length, and tied to her right in one ponytail. The ponytail falls over her chest. She also has a slanted fringe that falls over her right eye, curling around her ponytail. When one looks into her eyes, they feel as if they're falling into an endless pit of silence and solitude. Her eyes have this mysterious, lonely yet vicious feeling around them, as is her aura. All the physical changes of a Claymore [silver eyes, pale hair] apply to her.
Type - Defensive

Claymore - A fairly normal sword, somewhat customized for the occasional pressure applied on the weapon when the skill Yoki-leeching is used.
Abilities - [Apart from the usual Claymore skills]Description - As a child, Yrael and her mother were abused by her father. He would beat them whenever he felt like it, often starving them at times. Her mother would always hug her after the torture sessions and say, "You have me. I have you. That's all we need. Someday we'll get out of this.", but it never happened. At one point, while being severely tortured by her father, who was holding a broken glass bottle, she said the one thing she shouldn't have said.
"Mummy, help me!"
Having heard that, her mother took a knife from the kitchen and stabbed her father in the chest, thrice. Turning to Yrael, she smiled and told her she was sorry she couldn't give her a better life, and her last words were, "live on". Yrael watched as her mother killed herself in front of her. Having both parents dead, Yrael didn't know where to go at all. Terrified, she took the knife her mother had been holding, and ran from the house.
While in the wilderness, she encountered a lone bandit, who had obviously left his group. He tried to rape her on the spot. Numbed, guilty and upset, she stabbed the bandit to death with her knife, her mother's last words ringing in her mind. After she came to her senses, Yrael realized what she had done, and cried through the night, utterly guilty for having said those words. Her belief was that if she hadn't asked her mother to help, none of this would have happened. Life would continue as it had been.
It was then that a man clad in black approached her, asking if she wanted a reason to continue living. He extended a hand to her, and she accepted it - therein sealing her destiny as a Claymore.
Appareance -

Patient and strong-willed as he is able to control his Yoki properly. Rebel against some attitudes of the organization as he knows that he is a soldier and is not a peon. Sometimes he even let his judgement and pride get the better of him as they disrupt him from obediently following orders. Loves adventures, exaggeration and is a kind character. Freedom is his Passion.
Abilities -

The Travelers composed of Researchers, Alchemists and Archeologists that did investigation all over the world. The passing Claymore saw Arcanos lying at the bay of the lake and then was when she asked "You still wanna live boy?" Using his hand, he pointing to the moon that is high above in the sky and said "Y...E...S". He's a male Claymore and it's rare for the organisation to create that many as there's a fear of them awakening. Arcanos is an exception as the Claymore who rescued him pledged the following - "I will kill him before he goes wild or awakens". When they made Arcanos into a Claymore, he was deemed as "incomplete" or as a "failure" because of his appearance. Hence, they didn't give him a number then. He stayed in the organization HQ and trained hard for 2 more years till he receive his number. But the organization didn't place any hopes on him and only gave him small missions. But when the Organization saw that he was one of the survivors from the Class 84 massacre, they then decided to give him the rank 13 and to include him to be part of Claymore Class 85. Demonstrating that he's the best scout out of Class 85, he's nick-named "The Watcher".
Appearance - Except with standard claymore outfit and standard claymore sword and silver hair & eyes

Abilities - Erika has unparalleled control over her Yoki and can channel it into any part of her body instantly or use it to regenerate at really fast speeds. She is naturally good at channeling yoki into her legs making her very fast and into her arms making her sword strikes quick and accurate. Her most unique power is her ability to harness yoki into her arm at the very last second of a sword strike. By doing this she can create a rapid second strike immediately after the first. In that one instant after the first strike, her yoki is released and the invisible second strike surpasses the speed of even the flash sword. Even if enemies dodge the first strike, the instantaneous second strike hits them before they can react....
Description - Her parents were killed by bandits and she was left alone with her twin brother at very young ages. Claymore - Currently unavailable
Appearance - Rhapsody is dressed in the usual Claymore outfit, with her long wavy hair hanging like a silken sheet down her back. She has a pair of silver eyes that shine like diamonds on her delicately formed face.
Type - Defensive
Abilities - Rhapsody has yet to come up with a skill that would set her apart from her peers. Other than that, she came in tops in her batch of fresh recruits for Class 85, excelling in every aspect of Claymore warfare. However, she still has a ways to go before she can match up to the veterans in the current Class 85.
Description - Rhapsody’s family was killed by a rampaging creature with wings. Rhapsody thought that the creature was human, but no human had wings and would not ever massacre an entire village like that one did. Rhapsody was out gathering firewood when she spotted the pillar of smoke rising from her village. By the time she got back, it was too late to save anyone. Everyone she ever knew had been mutilated beyond all recognition. All Rhapsody saw was a humanoid creature flying away unbelievably fast. She fell into shock, sitting there among the dead till a Claymore patrol picked her up.
Appearance - Sporting a beautiful mixture of golden and alabaster strands of hair with a single and braided strand flowing down the majority of her lengthy hair, Gabrielle has a lithe framed body and a slender yet innocent appearance to her. Standing at roughly 5'8'' and weighing as much as a feather she is still rather fit and toned for battle. She has no trouble wielding her single edged and curved bladed sword into battle, in fact, it's lightweight and sleek design allows her to transition from simply parrying an attack to nimbly avoiding it altogether. Dressed in her standard issue Uniform she sports a much longer and hooded cloak than those of her peers and predecessors. Often times she wanders into a town hidden within the confines of her hood with the majority of her cloak covering her lithe body until she needs to strike. Dangling from a set of chains looped around her girdle is a decrepit book who's spine is all but torn away, the pages yellowed and crushed showing it's age. Within the bindings of this book lies all of the self made principles and teachings she has come up with. Ths book also serves as both her personal battle log and diary, with graceful strokes of her quill she is able to create beautiful works of literature and visual art. If she isn't carrying this Libram then she has hidden it under her favorite Oak, "Claw". She will often return to this oak in order to retrieve the dirt covered book and practice her beautiful caligraphy, write small passages into the pages and read past journal entries.
Type - Defensive, this grants her the ability to regenerate battle wounds, scars and even missing limbs at a much faster rate than that of an Offensive type of Claymore. The drawback however is her relatively low attack power and overall offensive prowess. To compensate for this weakness she has developed several techniques that relies solely on the offensive prowess of her enemy, using their anger and attack power as a form of her own offense.
Claymore - Wielding a lengthy and sleek designed single edged weapon of unknown origins Gabrielle has honed her defensive skills so well that she seems to move with the blade, as if she herself was the blade. Being a thinner and lighter weapon that of what most Claymore wield she prefers to avoid clashing blades and just simply parrying them aside when she feels the timing is correct. Her blade is rarely drawn unless absolutely necessary and if it is, it is returned to it's sheath almost immediately after it's use. As with all Claymore, Gabrielle's emblem is unique to her and will remain a staple part of her uniform until her dying day.
Abilities - Gabrielle has developed a few techniques and abilites aside from the "Standard" abilities that are learned with time, allowing her to effectively engage both Claymore and Yoma targets with greater ease and survivability. She prefers to remain calm and collective during her duels, in fact she never makes the first move believing it to be more "honorable" to give her opponent the chance to fight on fair terms. Her entire mindset and way of fighting is based on three, unique and self made principles:
"He who moves with haste, dies with haste..."
Move, but move to move, not to move. - Gabrielle
"Nothing but swords in one's mind."
Think not of Despair, think not of Hope, trust in the sword. - Gabrielle
"Brute force only reveals your inability to use your mind as a weapon."
Your sword is only a sheath for the greatest weapon of all; The Mind. - Gabrielle
With these self made principles burning within her mind she has developed many forms of the same technique which relies solely on the aggression of her foe. In other words, using their Yoki and anger as a weapon against them, the more enraged the opponent the better. She has trained herself to not make an attack until she has given her foe the customary opportunity to prepare themselves and attack with all of their might, her Honor is a staple in her lifestyle as well as her fighting style; A source of strength as well as a source of weakness. Regardless of the opponent Gabrielle will never make the first move, she will always give her opponent the opportunity of first blow, this gives her the ability to study an opponent's posture and fighting habits from just simple tidbits of information such as where the lead foot ends up after every strike, where the eyes tend to divert to after the clashing of blades, how the foe breathes and how they react to pain.
.::Abilities::.
Read and React - While many use their eyes to see the present, Gabrielle uses them to see into the future or what she percieves as the future. More accurately, she has trained her eyes to percieve things at a much slower rate allowing her to react. Every sword slash, every offensive and defensive maneuver in combat revolves around fluid motion and with motion comes power, with power of motion comes vibration and it's these vibrations that allow her to seemingly predict an opponent's moves as they make them. Her silver eyes gaze into her foe as if within a trance as though she didn't need them at all which is only partly true. While many can hear through their ears perfectly, Gabrielle uses her ears in a more refined way to acutely pinpoint every tiny and minute vibration that her opponent makes. Every step, every breath, every heartbeat, every distinct and metallic sound a swinging blade makes, the very air that is affected by a singing blade can be heard and felt through her ears and feet respectively. One of her advantages in battle is her superior intellect and the plethora of knowledge in terms of tactics and strategies for different types of foes.
(Think of Jiet Quan Do, or Jujitsu, or to dumb it down, how she "senses" these attacks is very similar to how some animals/insects use their highly sensitive apendages and/or antennae to "feel" even the slightest vibrations in the air and in essence, "see" them. A fish swimming in the water flows with the current and any sudden changes to that current causes a "knee-jerk" reaction. Gabrielle's kind of like that, well maybe not all insect and fish looking but still! ^.^)
Furthermore she is able to continue this "Force of motion" in one fluid sword draw and retailiating with a decisive cut aimed towards a vital spot. After many months spent of quiet and calm training under a well hidden waterfall, using the short periods in between "jobs"to hone her ears in order to pick up even the most distinct sound despite the water crashing all around her, she has discovered that by calming one's mind and focusing more upon the world around one's self, one can fixate on even the tiniest vibration and react swiftly in accordance with the threat percieved. This ability is the pre-requisite and "stepping stone" to several more "react to action" based techniques.
(Like Jiet Quan Do, Jujitsu and Iaijitsu Gabrielle implements a bit from all three styles as best as possible in a sword fight. In other words, by "reading" an opponent's attacks she uses her superior intellect to devise a tactical and appropriate counter-attack fitting the situation. I.E. Gabrielle's back is facing a steep cliff, the incoming attack is a vertical slash downwards looking to split her in two, she obviously knows it' coming but would she really step back or would she step to side creating one of two possibilities she predicts: 1) The attacker will "whiff" and his/her own momentum/force of motion will cause them to stagger over the cliff. 2) The attacker will simply miss and now be facing the cliff's edge as Gabrielle has tactically repositioned herself on his/her flank allowing the advantage of draw.)
Retribution - Gabrielle must first avoid/evade an opponent's attack and by using the momentum and force of the attack, she draws her sword which is usually sheathed, and in one fluid motion she swings with the captured momentum allowing her to cut through objects with greater ease and speed than she normally would be able to.
Mind Mastery - As if her heightened senses of hearing, smelling and touch weren't enough to allow her the ability to evade an attack, Gabrielle has an acute and very precise ability to read the flows of Yoki much like a fish reads the currents of the water they swim within. As with all fish who swim without a care in the world, Gabrielle "swims" in the currents of Yoki with her mind and when there is a sudden break or un-warranted movement she reacts swiftly regardless of what it may be. While some other Claymore can read the flows of Yoki as well, most cannot combine the advantages of hearing and feeling the air around her body and the reading of Yoki currents to create a truly beautiful and graceful art of Defense allowing Gabrielle to buy time for her comrades as well preventing un-necessary damage to herself.
Description - Not much is known about Gabrielle's past all that is really known is that she volunteered to become a Claymore for the main reason to protect humanity from the Yoma and to seek the reason why Yoma even exist in the world. As a Claymore she has obeyed every order without question and has completed every task set before her with Honor and Compassion unlike no other before her. Gabrielle created her own set of "codes" to live and fight by, she never deviates from them regardless of the situation. Living by these self made codes and fighting with a sense of honor and protecting the innocent resulted in her earning the nickname "The Peacebringer" from both jeering peers and surrounding villages as well. She rarely speaks and if she does it is in a polite manner, she never back talks and promotes the honor and justice that she believes is the true duty behind being a "Claymore".
Her personality is completely respectful and honor based, often she refers to her fellow "Claymore" as "Sister", "Brother" or "Milady" and "Milord" when addressing her peers. Anytime she is addressing a direct member of the organization she places her weapon while resting in it's scabbard upon the ground before herself and the query before lowering herself to either a knee or both knees and bowing her head softly in respect as he/she speaks. Only when the member has departed will she rise to her feet to complete the task(s) set before her. She has been known to preach small proverbs and prayers to Yoma before she engages them in single combat, her sense of Honor and Duty is higher than most Claymore, she truly believes she is doing the world around her "Justice". If she isn't undertaking tasks from the Organization then she is either training herself to become even stronger and faster or she is sitting by her favorite tree, a fallen oak she dubs "Claw" while feeding and mingling with a family of squirrels she had come to love.
Appearance - Typical Appearance of Claymore Wild long hair.
Abilities - Have the ability to regenerate fast.Read flows of yoki and to hide her yoki well. Her swordsmanship is normal, weak compared to the other claymore.
Description - Villa is the ‘escaper’ among the claymores. Young as she is.... she trend to think and act differently, creating a lot of problems for the organization. Always running wild, causing her rank to drop. Her yoki powers are also very unstable, but somehow she always managed to stay alive and out of problems. With the addition of new and ‘better skilled’ claymores, she was then demoted. She is very ‘well-known’ (in the bad way..I think) among the claymore… for being the ‘escaper’, but no nickname given to her.
Her past was a mystery. No one knows. Not even herself, as she trend to hv 'headache' when she try to remember it. She 'claims' the organization erase her past.
