Band Info/ Hybrid Bio
The idea of starting a band arose from drummer Xavier Altamirano and singer/bassist, Irving Reyes. With influences by Metal Church, Metallica, Pantera,Iron Maiden,both set out to explore the underground scene in Brownsville ,Tx. Seeing many bands perform in local bars such as Panteon, March 2 Mayhem, and others they were encouraged to start a band of their own. Later running in to and welcoming in to the band rhythm guitarist Noel Añorga and later bringing in Hector Añorga they became the 4 piece band called Hybrid that played and compared to the old school metal.
