TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Conditioned upon The Bridgeport Rod & Gun placing the exhibit space applied for herein at the disposal of Hugs for Hounds (herein called the “Management” referring to and including Liz Tabor-Hugs for Hounds, and any of their officers, agents, employees, or other representatives), the Management shall cause to be made available to the applicant for the period of the Show the applied for space.

2. Hugs for Hounds reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in the acceptance or refusal of applications. Priority will be given to exhibitor applications according to the order of receipt. In the event of a conflict regarding space or other imperative conditions, Hugs for Hounds shall have the right to assign space to the exhibitor or rearrange the floor plan and/or relocated any exhibit with permission of vendor.

3. Hugs for Hounds is to be held Saturday, August 25 & Sunday, August 26, 2007 at the Bridgeport Rod & Gun, 1229 Beitz Rd. Breslau.

4. Subletting of space by the exhibitor, sharing or other use of the space not specifically authorized by the Management is prohibited.

5. No signs or advertising devices shall be displayed outside space other than those furnished by the Management. Displays blocking the unobstructed view from space to space are prohibited. No displays or signs may be affixed to building walls or posts without permission of Hugs for Hounds.

6. Exhibitors shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of any fee should the exhibitor for any reason be unable to exhibit at the Show, cancel any space previously booked or fail to submit balance owing by the posted deadline.

7. Exhibitors shall observe and abide by additional reasonable regulations made by the Management for the efficient or safe operation of the Show. Exhibitors assume all liabilities, and/or obligations caused by faulty or improper displays.

8. If an exhibitor fails to make payments due herein when they are due, such exhibitor’s rights to exhibit may be canceled by the Management without further notice. Management has the option to cancel or reassign the exhibit space of any exhibitor who has not complied with payment or conduct terms. Such exhibitor shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of any fee. The Management shall be entitled to close an exhibit at any time for failure by any exhibitor or any of their officers, agents, employees, or other representatives to perform, meet, or observe any term or condition set forth herein, and such exhibitor shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of any fee.

9. Neither the Management, The Bridgeport Rod & Gun or any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives, shall be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from accountability or liability for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any property of the applicant or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause.

10. The applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and protect the Management and The Bridgeport Rod & Gun against, and hold and save the Management and The Bridgeport Rod & Gun harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expense of whatever kind or nature which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, including but not limited to claims or damage or loss to property, or from or out of any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any property of the applicant or any of its officers, agents, employees or other representatives.

11. Exhibitors agree to setup their booths during those times allocated for setup on Saturday, August 25 at 7:00am.   Vendors must be completely setup by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday & Sunday.

12. Exhibitors bear the full responsibility for tear down and cleaning of their space at the end of the show by the times allocated for removal on Sunday,  August 26,2007. Exhibitors shall at all times during the show keep their display area in a clean and professional condition. Garbage generated by the exhibitor is the responsibility of the exhibitor and shall be disposed of in a timely fashion.

13. Exhibitors agree to staff their booths during all hours that the show is in progress. Show hours are from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, August 25 and 10:30am to 4:30pm Sunday, August 26, 2007.

14. Any signs or displays erected by exhibitors shall be of a professional nature. Management reserves the right to refuse inappropriate or unprofessional signs and displays.

15. Exhibitors including their officers, agents, employees, or other representatives agree to conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner during all times present at the Hugs for Hounds event. It is acknowledged that exhibitors with products and/or services of a competing nature will be present at Hugs for Hounds and have equal rights to display and offer their products/services/information. Failure to comply will result in enforcing Management rights as outlined in section 8.

 

In accordance with the terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits as outlined above, signature on registration form and submission of said form indicates that all terms and conditions have been read, understood and agreed to. This application, when accepted by Management, becomes a binding CONTRACT and official INVOICE.
