Hi & Welcome to the homepage of Huddersfield Harriers FC

You will find all you need to know about our team here from all the players to fixtures and results! We will also be running competitions from our site and will be holding some fund raising events in the very near future!

Well where do i start ... i will begin by introducing myself, Im James Houtby, am 20 and the manager of the Huddersfield Harriers FC! I decided to set the team up as i haven't been playing football regular recently and so here we are getting everything set up!

We dont have alot yet infact we dont have anything and will be using my own personal money to enter us into the league for the first season! We will all be getting together to do some fundraising for kits and nets ect ect .. and to pay for a pitch where we will be playing our games.

As of yet we are not actually in a league but we are hoping to enter into the Kirkless league, which will mean we play our games on a Sunday morning, well fingers crossed we can kick off at around 2pm to give ourselfs time to recover from the Saturday night out on the pop!

We will be using a pub called the Brooks Arms in Moldgreen as our base and meeting point! I have been in contact with the landlord there already and he is more than happy for us to do that which is great news!

As things develope i will keep you upto date by posting at the top of the home page also the news page will have everything on there!

It doesn't matter on your age or how good you are all that matters is that you have a pair of boots and pair of shin pads and get yourself along to training ... if you are intrested in training with us drop me aline first please dont just turn up! Cheers!
