Welcome to the HPWS Official Site!

Do you find the phrase "I love Harry Potter" an understatement? Does Harry Potter consume the majority of your internet, reading, and daydreaming/free time? Have you accepted that you are Harry Potter obsessed?

You're not alone.

In fact, an estimated thirty-thousand teenagers and young adults suffer from these symptoms, and are victims of a disease that we now call "HPWS" or "Harry Potter Withdrawal Syndrome".

For the victims of HPWS, this- the official HPWS website- will provide information on treatment and diagnostic options, provide opportunities to interact with other victims and slow the progression of the disease- maybe even begin to heal it. Browse the webpages to learn more.

Questions, Comments, or Concerns? E-mail the HPWS (co)discoverer, victim, and webmaster, Dr. Gaffney, at demonchild4110@yahoo.com
