FUNDRAISING IDEAS:
- Even $1 or $2 will help (put this in all ads, sites, etc., so people place a couple dollars in an envelope and mail it right away),
- Create/sell pet-friendly landlord list;
- PERPETUAL book sale at restaurant (for example) with large, heavy collection jug--keeping adding books, keeping income coming, best in tourism areas with many patrons.
- Silent auction
- Thrift shop (or small store in someone else's store)
- Collection cans at businesses/malls
- Large pet food drive (free press releases for specific needs)
- Donations from haircutters and pet groomers (2 for 2 day), 50/50
- Some corps offer grants if you are a volunteer (so please volunteer and keep track of your hours!)

- Donate property (cars, boats), Yearly candle/bake sale
- Adoption ads (run constantly), including one line on supplies needed
- Seniors for seniors
- Sponsor-a-pet, pet day/fair
- Pooch and pal dressup/parade day with prizes
- Class sponsor-a-pet with monthly updates (maybe kids will adopt sponsored pet),
- Crafts for cats

- CROP for cats (scrapbooking)

- Soccer sponsor days
- Homemade cat toys

EUTHANASIA means mercy killing. There is nothing merciful about the mass-killing of 6,000,000 million shelter animals every year. WE HAVE FAILED by not altering their parents. It is a travesty. We need to care. We have to care about the 14,000 victims killed each day. Most of these terrified animals die horrible deaths. Many are sent to be tortured in research labs first. Few homes are available. Many of these animals are black (80%). If you don't spay/neuter, you help to fill shelters.
