                              Horse Swap!

Please join us the night before, June 26 from 5 pm-9 pm. at the same location as the show.  Swap Meet will run from 5-9 pm.  Bring horses to sell and trade and prepare to buy!  Tables are $10.00 each.  Email for more info.

Show Rules

  • Specific details on performance, and halter classes will be included in the confirmation packet.
  • All shower reservations will be guaranteed when accompanied with this form and complete payment. Your entry will not be guaranteed by phone or by e-mail. Sorry!
  • If we run out of exhibitor space, those who entered last will be the first expected to share a table. This should not happen with 5000 sq.ft. of building.
  • Tag initials will be assigned in the confirmation packet. SIDE ONE will have the horse’s breed and gender, and SIDE TWO will have the horse’s name and exhibitor initials. As of now these will just be the first initial of your first and last name.
  • A LSASE is needed only if you need results or the confirmation packet snail mailed. I can email to you as well if you prefer.
  • No entrant, vendor, or member of the public may engage in any behavior that is unsportsmanlike or discourteous. That includes, but is not limited to, arguing with the judges or any show official, displays of conduct that tend to embarrass or demean any person, or any use of language not appropriate to a family event. Judge's decision is final!
  • No person or entity involved in the presentation of the show is responsible for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or any other criminal or tortious conduct, and by entering the show hall, each entrant, vendor, or member of the public accepts sole and exclusive liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or any other criminal and tortious conduct that may occur.
  • You may sell items from your show table.
  • Please let me know if there is someone you would like to sit next to, or if there is someone you wish not to sit next to.
  • We will take a lunch break- at 12:00 pm.
  • No pets please and please try to leave small children at home.  Please supervise small children closely if they must come to the show.

     Divisons A thru I will be double-judged for Breed and Collectibility/Workmanship

     

  •                                         Show Awards

    First thru sixth place winners will receive neck ribbons. All first & second place winners in NAMHSA approved classes will receive a NAN card.

     Champions and Reserves will receive rosettes, and possibly a trophy and or model! 

            Starbucks Coffee & Donuts will be Provided on Show Day!

                                      

    SET UP TIMES:  You will receive 10 minutes between Halter classes to setup your entries since so many divisions will be going up at once.  Performance classes will have 15 minutes between classes.  You will be on the clock!

    Judging Criteria

    Halter – Breed Classes Models will be judged on breed characteristics/standards, conformation, anatomy, biomechanics, build suitable to gender/age, realism and condition.  Documentation/Info cards are allowed, but please no large books!  This will be enforced!

    Workmanship Classes (CM's, A/R's) – Models will be judged on finish, condition, correctness of painting, color, markings, realism, etc. this will include prep work (sanded seams etc.), neat work, even paint, correctly moved parts, proper muscling/re-muscling, etc., with an emphasis on realism. 

    OF Collectability will be judged on  mold detail/shading, condition, rarity, age, and other similar factors.  Documentation is encouraged, but please be courteous of the space available for all exhibitors.
