	Orders are fulfilled from anywhere in the world. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling but conversion rates of the day will apply to orders that are placed outside the U.K. Below are the different methods of sending payments to us:-
	Credit Card Orders Credit card payments are processed by ™ in a completely secure environment. We require the billing address of the credit card holder. If the name on the card is different from the name of the person placing the order, we reserve the right to call the card holder for authorization and further information. Postal Order Please fill out the order form as normal print. Send postal order payable to S Mathias , Only United Kingdom postal orders in sterling are acceptable. Bank Transfer To transfer money to our bank account please email us at hothedz@hotmail.co.uk for details. Small orders under £100 carry a £10 surcharge.



	Shipping and Postage
	Orders are normally dispatched and leave our warehouse within 1-4 -business days, mon-fri (depending on stock levels) and not including weekends or bank holidays. All item are delivered 2nd class via Royal mail uk or surface mail international, if express, recorded or insured delivery is prefererd/required, please state so with your payment. Express Shipping : Is available on request. Depending on the country/destination this takes between 1-3 working days u.k and 5-10 for International. Please indicate if this option is required before placing your order do this by email and please wait for confirmation before placing your order and a representative will get back to you and inform you about the cost. International Shipping (England): Delivery usually within 3-5 days of dispatch. International Shipping (International): Delivery usually within 10-14 days of dispatch.

	Your privacy is always respected and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy on-line. Hothedz will never intentionally disclose or pass on individually identifiable information about our customers to any third party without first receiving that customers permission. We will not send you unsolicited Emails other than information pertaining to your order and if you have opted to join our mailing list. All goods arrive in plain packages.


	Exchanges and Returns Policy
	Hot Hedz is committed to delivering top quality products and providing a first class service to our customers. In the event that your product arrives and it appears to have been damaged in transit you must take all claims up with the delivery company., you must: notify us by email immediately at hothedz@hotmail.co.uk Return it to HotHedz unopened with all original packaging and labels intact within 10 days. you must email for an autorisation code before returning or item will not be accepted, any items recieved after 10 days of you receiveing them will not be exchanged or refunded and you will have to pay for return postage costs. Exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee and loss of postage and packaging charges. Refunds will incur a 35% administration fee and loss of postage and packaging. It may be in your interest to obtain proof of postage from the post office and resend goods to us with a secure method of postage If these conditions are met you will be given credit towards a replacement item excluding shipping and handling costs.. IMPORTANT Please note: Please note; You may exchange human hair wefts for color change and you the buyer must pay all relevent postage costs return and re- return costs. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on the human hair pre tipped/bonded hair or synthetic hair as it is made to order. Synthetic Braiding Hair, Hair Pieces and Human Hair products are special order and are non-exchangeable (expect for damaged products) due to hygiene reasons, so please choose your colours carefully . samples are recommended You can send us a sample of the hair colour you are trying to match so we can match it for you, as human hair is a natural product and colours will vary any slight /small colour shading differences must be tolerated. No refunds or exchanges will be given due to colour or shading differences,as each manufacturer has there own colour chart and they can vary between shades lengths of the hair are aproximate and not exact (human hair is a natural product and can vary from the lenghth stated from between 5cm - 10 cm ).You may send in a colour sample for matching before your purchase, or you may order samples for your checking prior to your purchase. please email us with your requests. All of our hair pieces are carefully check for damage before they leave the warehouse.Any damage incurred while in transit are the fault of the delivery company and all claims must be instigated buy the buyer and taken up with the delivey company themselves.We will send you a copy of the postal reciept to assit you in your claim. If you requested style or colour help from one of our experts please understand that we only make suggestions and do NOT guarantee that they will work for you. Return fees/refund policies can not be waived for these cases !!!
