| All horse leaders, parents, and older members are
welcome and encouraged to attend monthly meetings (second Thursday,
7:00
P.M., MSUE Office, Downtown Midland, Buttles St.) where information is
given, issues are discussed and decisions are made.
It is to a club's advantage to have a representative
at every meeting so that information is brought back to the membership in a
timely manner. Leaders who do not attend regularly are understood to be
deferring to the decisions made by those in attendance. Meeting notices and
minutes are published on this site.
