A random investigation leads to a horrifying discovery of murder and cannibalism when a team of ghosthunters enter the haunted home of Willi Von Brahm. There to unravel tales of the director’s murderous ghost still haunting the estate, the team is unprepared for the lost souls of the undead who walk the halls, looking for the flesh of the living to satisfy their hunger. Now face to face with the bloody killers, the hunters must fight eternal enslavement, or become their next meal.
I knew what I was in for before I even took the shrink wrapping off the case. I knew it would be good ol’ B-movie cheese, and that’s exactly what it was. The acting seemed as if they were all still at film school and they were just doing this as a project. Some of the actors and actresses were so poor that you got the impression this was a cheap play. But, some were fairly decent. Only 3 were good, but this is a B-movie. What else can you expect? The effects…oh man. There is some really bad CGI in this flick. For instance, a scene with a small explosion. You’ll have to watch to know what I’m talking about. That was obvious CGI. Also, when Van Brahm’s ghost would pop up, you’d get this fake looking mist stuff around him. The plot was actually decent, and if it had a higher budget, this would be a great movie.
Overall, it’s nothing grand but it certainly is a fun little flick to watch. I recommend seeing it.
