Horizon Paint Horses

Horizon Paints has been breeding paints for about 20 years now, and pug dogs for about 7 years. We have bred futurity money winners and earners, as well as point earners, and a superior halter open honor roll horse. We just recently moved back from Alberta to Vernon B.C. and only have a small acerage which is why we have decided to sell most of our horses. Sorry this has taken so long this year, but finally it's done. We are now down to 3 mares, and still both stallions. Unfortuately we don't have any foals coming by Leo next year, he ended up 3 legged after being kicked in the stifle by a mare, so Willie had to step up and pick up the slack again, but he was pleased to help out. All 3 foals in 2009 will be by Willie and this is the first time we have bred LS Titans Frosty to him, so we're quite excited about the outcome. The 2008 foals are now listed, 2 of which are still for sale, one by Willie and the one shipped semen colt by Obviously A Tribute, and the 2008 colt is double registered. We also still have the one yearling gelding for sale, and would really like to get him into a show home, so please inquire if he might be of interest to you, and I'll bet we can work something out. Wow, here we are 2009 already. We still have Magnificent Image for sale for anyone looking for a show prospect for this year, he is ready to be started under saddle now, and should finish at least 15.3 hands. Also available is his yearling half brother, and he's double registered, and paid into the AQHA Incentive Fund and APHA's Breeders Trust programs.

Fraser is a gelding we are very proud of we bred and raised and showed him to his superior in open halter, and he also finished on APHA's open honor roll standings. We showed him once as a weanling and then didn't take him back out until he was 3, and he earned his superior in 2 show seasons. Sired by Genuine Celebrity (deceased) and our of LS Titans Frosty, a mare we still own. Fraser is a massive 16.1 hand green broke to ride gelding.
