Swaybar Bushings
If you are hearing a "scrunch" noise when going over bumps the swaybar bushing is usually the cause!

Raise the car and support it, then remove the 2 12mm bolts that hold the brackets on both sides
I usually mark the brackets because on some models the bracket is off set

clean off any crud that is built up on the swaybar then use silicone grease on the inside of the bushing only, not the outer parts. Silicone grease will not cause harm to the bushing; Dow Corning 111 is the recommended grease.

While the sway bar is loose you can squirt the end/link bushings with silicone spray and work the bar up and down to get penetration
Then replace the bushings onto the swaybar and replace the bushing brackets. No grease is needed on the outer part of the bushing , this is to be sure the bushing doesn't creep out of it's bracket
Best of luck I hope this helps you
