    Welcome to my website.  Hello, my name is Tony Chou. I started my real estate business since 1975.  I am the owner and principal broker of HomeState Realty agency.  I was brought up in this business. Both my parents and lots of my relatives are in this business too.  My family was involved in real estate buying and selling  business  goes  way  back more than 60 years.  We had our own large apartment buildings and condominiums in China, Taiwan, and Canada.  We were involved in the new building construction, property management, and all kinds of real estate transaction services.  In fact this is our family main business.  Because of that, I always have a passion to grow my agency to make it successful and continue my family tradition.

    However when I first came to United State 35 years ago, I could not make a living stay in this business. Therefore I studied computers instead and I got my master degree in computer science. Even though I had worked as a computer software project manager for more than 10 years before, but I always stayed in real estate selling houses all those years. Since my interest in real estate was so strong, I had to give up my computer career to manage my agency business full time. I am glad I did that.

    Since I worked very hard and I set a very high goal for my agency. I demand the best services from all my realtors. My philosophy is to have a satisfied customer out weight volume customers. I am not going to let any of my customers down and I asked the same from any of my realtors.
