My house Exchange
Hello and welcome to my house exchange. I've put together this website of photos and details of our home in the Hope Valley.
Here you will find everything you need to know about my cottage in the Hope Valley which is not just in the Peak District but also in the national park, a very sought after area because it is so rural with outstanding views everywhere you look.

I am looking for a house,cottage or bungalow of similar standard. Council or Housing Association. We don't mind downsizing to a 2 bed if the right house comes along otherwise a 3 bed would be nice. I am looking for something as rural or even more rural than what I have here. Rural or coastal areas. Sorry no towns or estates.

Livingroom 19ft x 10ft
Hall 14ft x 9ft
Diningroom 11ft x 9ft
Kitchen 11ft x 9ft
Downstairs toilet 7ft x 4ft
understairs cupboard 9ft x 4ft
The stairs are quite wide and there are 13 steps
Upstairs
Bedroom (1) 14ft x 10ft
Bedroom (2) 11ft x 11ft
Bedroom (3) 11ft x 8ft
Bathroom 7ft x 7ft
(there is a cupboard next to the bathroom as well which Ihaven't included in the size) which has the switch for the shower and where we put our duvets, blankets, towels etc.
As well as a room cupboard next to bedroom (1) size 7ft x 3ft
Also a loft with a small window in the roof.
The landing is in a L shape with a cupboard and shelves in the corner and a window that looks out to the hills and into the back garden
We also have quite a few multi swaps that would like my cottage.
