1. This is a contest, we make no guarantees other than 3 winners will be chosen from the total contest entries. Essay Topic is: 'Why Should This Be Your New Address?' Essays must be 500-1000 words.
First Place Winner - Unit at 2401 Pennsylvania Avenue
Second Place Winner - $1000
Third Place Winner - $500
2. Entry fees will ONLY be refunded if the minimum entry count (2000) is not reached.
3. You MUST be 18 years or older with proof of identification (VALID US Passport or VALID State Issued Identification) in order to enter this contest.
4. There is no limit to the amount of times you may enter this contest.
5. Each essay entry MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY the $200 entry fee. You may NOT submit your essay without your fee. Essays received without entry fee will be disqualified and discarded.
6. Entry fees must be in the form of Postal or Bank Money Order or Bank Cashier's Check only, NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
7. Immediate family members or friends of the current homeowner are not eligible to enter this contest.
8. If the first place winner does not respond to notification of winning within 30 days, first prize will go to the second place winner and a new third place winner will be chosen.
9. Contest runs XXXXXXXX winner will be announced and notified XXXXXXXX.
10. Contest winner is responsible for any and all costs of home ownership. (e.g., property taxes and condominium fees). This unit is being sold as is, once a winner is declared, the current owner has no further liability.
11. The property is up-to-date on all taxes and free of any liens. Documentation of this is available at open house and will be furnished at the time of title/deed transfer.
12. Current owner will cover closing costs.
