OPPORTUNITIES:
Silverado Financial Services was established in 1995 in San Jose, CA. We are currently hiring home contractors to assist in our marketing efforts. We have 3,200 in-house employees nationwide and are seeking to hire an additional twenty (20) qualified candidates to boost company's revenues. You will be trained to scheduled appointments for Loan Officers and earn up $500 per week P/T or approximately $1,000 a week, F/T. We desire only dedicated and self-motivated individuals with the discipline it takes to work from a home office. Your income are determined by your efforts. We will supply all the necessary training and tools to ensure your success with our company.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Your duties are simple and requires just 3-4 hours per day. You will advertise your business via internet or print media to produce incoming calls from interested clients (details in how to generate free leads are included in your training). You will be taught how to generate enough business to have your phone ringing off the hook just one week. A license is not required because you're not required to sell any loan products, just set appointments. However in the beginning, we strongly suggest you scheduled appointments for Arizona and California homeowners simply because the market is huge. Our corporate office is based in California and has recently expanded to Arizona as well as several states across the country. Clients you've set appointments for able to come to a physical location for assistance. This should make your job easier as well as profitable.
Your job will be simple because virtually every person you come in contact with is a potential customer. 60% of Americans are homeowners and the other 40% would like to be! Opportunity is Everywhere. COMPENSATIONS:
You are paid $50 per qualified lead that funds. Example: If you scheduled 10 appointments a day, 5 days per week. 10 x 5 = 50 appointments per week. Out of the 50 scheduled, 30 are approved for a mortgage loan. That's $50 x 30 = $1500 you've earned. Above example is not an exaggeration but quite obtainable. We have contractors exceeding that amount.
Note: Checks are mailed out the 1st and the 15th of the month. Because you are an Independent Contractor and not an employee, we do not deduct any taxes from your wages. You are solely responsible for reporting all income earned using a 1099 form to the IRS.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Basic pc skills with internet access

All candidates will be required to submit a one-time $29.00 fee to offset administration costs to set up your account. This fee will be reinbursed with your first paycheck totaling $300 or more.
