Store Purchased Extended Warranties

If you are unsure when or how your TV's Extended Warranty was purchased, it is best to begin with the store where your TV was purchased. 

Most extended warranties are purchased from the store's warranty affiliate at the time of purchase of the TV.

If you do not believe you hold a warranty or cannot find paperwork, it is still a good idea to ask the store - even if the store has closed. 

It is common for someone to buy an extended warranty and never use it because they didn't realize they added the warranty to their purchase until it is too late.

I purchased my extended warranty from the Manufacturer, after I purchased my TV.
Factory / Manufacturer Purchased Extended Warranties

Your "Factory" is the Brand of the TV in question.  

If the brand has  beside it, we are authorized for these repairs and you can contact us directly for the repair.

For all other brands, you must call the number on your owners manual to find a factory authorized servicer.

If you purchased your Extended Warranty at the same time as you purchased your Television, then your warranty is most likely through the store's warranty company.
