Mileage Rates apply ONLY to customers that have no warranty AND require help moving their televisions.
If you are willing or able to carry-in your TV & to pickup the TV after repaired, then the rates below do not apply to you.
The rates below are calculated by a "per mile" formula. The additional fee for estimate of $50 is due up front with mileage, but it does apply to the repair costs.

The calculations above are from our location 93309 to the cities' general area and are not recalculated for exact mileage to the exact location unless that location is far beyond the general area. Hollis TV Inc. reserves the right to recalculate mileage on case by case basis or refuse service to anyone whose home is in an unsafe or distant area.
The center colume shows the rate of mileage as calculated by a "per mile" formula.
The above fees apply to normal repairs where the TV is taken into the shop for full diagnosis. If you are in need of only a service call, you may also want to view our rates below.
Special Mileage Rates for in-home ServiceCalls
We usually charge a minimum $100 fee for every service call regardless of what is needed. This fee is for the drive to the home and labor for the field technician. All service calls will be a minimum of $100.
In Bakersfield, there is no mileage fee for an in-home repair specials. If you live outside Bakersfield, we do not want to charge the whole mileage rate if we can fix the TV on the first trip, so instead of the full mileage rate, you will be charged the Special ☆ Rate.
Our current Repair Special is for
In-Home Lamp Replacements = $300 + ☆Mileage.
example:
If you need a lamp replacement ($300) and live in Bear Valley, then you will pay $300 for lamp & inhome installation, plus an additional $70 mileage (instead of the $140 mileage rate)
