Welcome to the newly improved all singing all dancing website of the mighty Hollies United Football Club of Bournemouth Sunday Division 4. After a solid promotion season in 2006/07 the Hollies are looking to at least challenge for honours in the higher league and cup competitions. After shipping out the dead wood from last season and bringing stronger players in the squad has a more balanced and cohesive feel to it. With more understanding of each others game the back four will hopefully be even stronger than last year. Whilst the new additions in midfield and wide positions makes the centre of the park for the Hollies no doubt one of the strongest in the division. Meanwhile up front the Hollies had the deadliest strike partnership in division 5 last season if not the entire league with a combined tally of 69 goals in all competitions. Hopefully in this new season the goals will spread more throughout the squad to make the manager Paul Aimes' job a little easier and less stressfull than his eventful if difficult season last term.
