Chakras are wheels of energy within our bodies, There are twenty one minor & seven major Centres, connecting to the spine.
If a chakra is too open its drains the energy, if its too closed their is very little energy being exchanged, The chakras are related to the organs of the body & are associated positively or negatively with our health.
Chakras respond to Essential oils, colour, crystals & acupressure points.
You can balance the chakras by using Essential oils in a oil burner while meditating or by a hands on massage. Get your partner or therapist to send healing thoughts to the chakra while massaging the area. Also there is a subtle auric massage, where there is no hands on, but you choose the oils that are right for the treatment and the therapist finds their quite area and heals the areas that need to be healed, the therapist can tell this from hot & cold spots and from this they can tell where you need to be healed & which Chakras need to be Balanced.

The base Chakra is for grounding, to keep a grip on your life.

This chakra is the centre of Emotions.

This Chakra is for Self esteem & strength.

The Heart Chakra
This Chakra is to Love & Care for others.

This chakra is to help clarify spiritual understanding & Visualisation.

Located: On the forehead between the eyes

The Crown Chakra
This chakra is to open up our Spiritual energies, It is very highly sensitive & needs to be open with care & awareness, all other Chakras must be open and closed at the same time, you open the chakras from the base through to the crown, when closing them start from the crown down to the base.
