What is Rehabilitative Personal Training?

     Rehabilitative Personal Training is training to get your life back.  It is therapeutic fitness training using the Body Balancing technique to bring all the muscles in line.  Training this way is the key to reduce chronic aches and pains and/or rehabilitate from a car wreck or other serious accident.  The technique is based upon strengthening the injured or underdeveloped areas using a variety of techniques incorporated from physical therapists, chiropractors, accupuncturists, and orthopedic surgeons.  The best part about it is that it is possible to have it all done in the privacy and convenience of your own home.

 

What type of people stand to benefit from Rehabilitative Personal Training?

     The type of clients who benefit from this the most are people with serious knee, hip, shoulder, or back problems due to either chronic types of joint swelling or serious injuries or accidents.  Many people don't know where to turn after a serious accident and are not sure how to get their life going again.  What happens to a lot of people is that their physical therapy runs out and they don't know where to go next.  This can be the answer for many of those people, to get a trainer who knows how to treat and rehabilitate injuries.
