Individual and Group Training

One on One Personal Training

     One on one personal training is the most intensive, most effective way to create change in your life.  The goal is to help those who are having trouble helping themselves to create the body they want and the health they would like to have.  Whether you are trying to lose fat, build muscle, or just get in shape Body Balancing is the key to achieve permanent fitness goals.  These sessions are 1 hour in length and mainly take place in people's homes.  To get optimal results, a 3 month committment is recommended at  2 sessions/week.  This will help you achieve the desired goals and educate you on how to make them permanent. 

 

Group Training

     The Group Personal Training is designed to give personal training at an affordable price for those who do not need more individualized attention.  These classes are 2,3, or 4 people max and are one hour in length.  The great thing about the Group Personal Training is that you still receive direct guidance and counciling from the trainer in diet, nutrition and cardio.  These groups are held 2 times per week in various areas throughout the East Bay, Walnut Creek, and Danville.  To see about setting up a group in your area please go to the contact page.
