Why choose the Body Balancing approach?
This type of training approach is the way to go to get healthy as well as fit. You will develop every muscle in your body which is optimal for body fat reduction and strength gain. This will, in turn, lead to strengthened bones, tendons, and ligaments. This type of training is very holistic in it's approach to your fitness goals because it takes the body as a whole and brings out the best possible you that exists within it. Your body will be healthy, you will look and feel great.
What if I've had problems sticking to training routines in the past?
The reason most people become frustrated and quit is that they are not setting small, tangible goals. For instance, if your goal is to lose 60lbs of fat, set smaller(recognizably achievable) goals instead of just one big goal of 60lbs. Looking at the greater disparity between where you want to be and where you are can create frustration and lead to depression. This is the beginning of the downward spiral that many of us have trapped ourselves in, in one way or another. Instead, set a goal of 15lbs every 60 days averaging a loss of one pound of fat every 4 days which is very doable. In the meantime, with a trainer you are able to create new dietary, exercise, and lifestyle habits that will bring a long lasting if not permanent change in the quality of your life.
How does this help my aches and pains and rehabilitative issues?
Body Balancing provides a way to look at the body as a whole unit. When viewed this way you can begin to see how one area of the body can affect another, indeed how one area can affect the functional ability of the entire body. Through the systematic elimination of that which does not serve your highest purpose you will begin to eliminate blockages and barriers within yourself that cause the physical manifestation of aches and pains in your body. The end result is a functional, well balanced body and mind.
Whether your goals are to reduce anxiety, reduce aches and pains, increase lean muscle mass, burn fat, reduce cholesterol levels, create postive habits that last, become stronger or just get in great shape, body balancing can benefit everyone. If you have tried to create a fitness goal in the past and failed I strongly urge you to consider using the balanced approach.
