Rental rates per apartment for 2 to 6 persons 2009.

Weekly rate for 4 persons: €330,-

Monthly rate for 4 persons: €1100,-

For the 5th and 6 th person: €55,- extra per person per week.

These rates are including water, electricity, use of air-conditioning and bedlinen.

Towelservice is not included. At the moment 20 towels available.

Deposit: €330,- to be paid on the spot.

Final cleaning: €60,-

Administration charges: €35,-

Extra Option:

1) Airport transfer: €50,-

2) Use Wireless Broadband Internet access: €10,- per week.

Invoice, reservations requirements and the house rules will be managed by Holiday Home Penang.
