The Hokitika Aero Club is located at the Hokitika airport on the west coast of New Zealand's beautiful South Island, a region with breathtaking scenery and superb flying air.
Hokitika is a small but vibrant town of 3500 people bordered by the mighty Tasman Sea to the west and the magnificent Southern Alps to the east, and provides a wonderful lifestyle for residents young and old. A short flight south will take you over the quiet beauty of the Franz and Fox Glaciers and, further south, the majestic splendour of Mt Cook can be admired.
