5/25/07- Two returns today. The first was from Pedro Alvarez c/o Vanderbilt, and the second was Joe Dickerson c/o Burlington Bees. Both took about 2 weeks.

5/24/07- After three returns on Monday, just one since then. Johnny Ash signed in 9 days from Corpus Christi.

5/21/07- A nice start to the week in the mail. I received Micah Schnurstein in a week from the minors, and both Matt LaPorta and Cole St. Clair from their respective colleges in 10 days each.

5/19/07- To end the week, I received my first college return of the year, and my first 06 USA National Team signed card, Daniel Moskos, in just over a week from Clemson.

5/18/07- Today's return set a new record for me, Mark Hamilton in a mere 3 days from Palm Beach.

5/17/07- Today I received Jeff Manship in just over two weeks from the Beloit Snappers.

5/16/07- Just one today, George Kontos from the Tampa Yankees in 8 days.

5/14/07- Two in the last few days. I received Allen Craig from Palm Beach in just 4 days on Saturday, and Ivan DeJesus Jr. from Inland Empire (CA) in a week today. I should be hearing about my college mail pretty soon, where I'm hoping my mailbox is full.

5/10/07- Just one return lately, Jamie Hoffman in a week from Inland Empire.

5/4/07- Just one today, Quintin Berry in two weeks from the Phillies' minors.

5/3/07- Today, I received Gary Daley from the minors in over a week, and Matt Antonelli from the minors in about a month.

5/1/07- Beginning the month of May with three returns. Brad Furnish and Carlos Triunfel from the minors in about two weeks, along with Doug Jones in exactly a year from his home.

4/30/07- Two returns to end the month today. Tyler Norrick from Palm Beach, and Gabe Kapler (manager) from Greenville.

4/26/07- Two successes today. One from Chris Stewart c/o the Rangers team address, and another from Michael Barrett c/o the Cubs Spring Training address.

4/25/07- Finally a pleasant surprise in the mailbox today. Current Devil Rays thirdbaseman Akinori Iwamura, from Japan, signed my card in two months from Spring Training. Considering the lack of TTM successes with him that I have seen (maybe 2-3), I'm grateful that he signed for me. I have had a lot of luck over the past few years with Japanese imports during ST, and during the regular season. The only exceptions seem to be Hideki Matsui, Kenji Johjima, and Dice-K.

4/23/07- Four successes to report today. Wade LeBlanc and Adam Ottavino from the minor leagues in two weeks, Carlos Villanueva in two weeks from the Brewers, and Alay Soler in two months from the Mets ST address. I also received my Orlando Hernandez ST request back unsigned.

4/19/07- Just a return from Brandon Jones to report, which took 10 days from the Mississippi Braves team address.

4/17/07- Five returns over the past two days. On Monday, I received Chris Coghlan from the minors, and Chris Snyder from ST. Today, I received Nick Pereira and Nick Weglarz from the minors, along with Terry Pendleton from Braves ST. Scans are now available.

4/13/07- Very quiet this past week. Last week, I received Bud Harrelson and Johnny Damon in a year each. Today I ended a week-long drought with my first return from the minor leagues for the year, Mark Reynolds. I am sending out as many minor league requests as I can before the stamp price-hike in mid-May. I also hope to start boosting my weekly returns.

4/5/07- Very little to report lately. Only B.J. Ryan in exactly a month from Blue Jays ST since Monday. I have started sending out my minor league baseball requests, with the season getting underway earlier this afternoon.

4/2/07- Three new successes to report. On Saturday I received back Ben Harrison from the minors in around 9 months. Today, I received back Anibal Sanchez from ST in two weeks, and Gene Garber from his home address in 3 months.

3/30/07- Today came two more ST returns to end my month of March. New Dodgers closer Takashi Saito came back in less than 2 weeks from their camp. LA Angels coach, and former ROY Alfredo Griffin signed from Angels camp in just over a month. Good luck to everyone in April.

3/28/07- On Monday, I received Ellis Valentine in just under 3 weeks. I will be resending to him with a copy of the card as he requested, and my card that he signed on the back. Today I received Eddie Guardado, Josh Hamilton, and Aaron Miles from Spring Training in a month on average. Hopefully with the ST season winding down, more players will get to their mail.

3/25/07- Long-overdue update, thanks to a 10 day long internet outage at my apartment complex. Last Friday I received Dioner Navarro in over a year from Dodgers ST camp. On Monday I received Bud Black and Jeff Weaver from Spring Training, Clete Boyer from his home address, and Kent Tekulve from the Pirates' team address. This Friday I received Matt Lindstrom from Marlins ST in about a month. On Sunday afternoon, I went to the Nationals at Braves and got items signed by Bobby Cox, Jeff Francoeur, and Glenn Hubbard. Unfortunately I have to report the passing of former MLB commissioner Bowie Kuhn, and Reds All-Star catcher Ed Bailey. Both of them signed for me in the past, and they will be missed greatly by the baseball world.

3/15/07- Not much to report from the last few days. I did receive Manny Delcarmen from Red Sox camp in a little over 3 weeks today, but that has been it.

3/12/07- Four returns to begin the week. Ed Figueroa signed from his PR home address in just over a week. I also received three returns from ST in approximately three weeks each. They included Ramon Hernandez, Nick Johnson, and Greg Reynolds.

3/11/07- Got back from spring break today, and had four returns waiting. Among them were Travis Snider in a week, along with Radhames Liz, Pablo Sandoval, and Reggie Willits in just over two weeks.

3/9/07- Received a big surprise in the mail yesterday. Travis Wood signed my card in about a year from the Dayton Dragons team address. The surprising thing is, it came from an address that I was using in my first two years of college, and I have not received anything forwarded from that address since last summer. I was under the impression that my returns going there were headed for the trash. Thankfully, at least one was rescued. I did some IP autographing this week, with a limited amount of success. On 3/3, I did the Astros camp and got cards signed by Brandon Backe and John Rodriguez. This morning and afternoon, I went to the Nationals at Orioles, and came away with cards signed by Jay Gibbons, Adam Stern, Kory Casto, and Ryan Wagner.

3/2/07-
Picked up my mail before heading off to spring break. I received Michael Garciaparra, Trot Nixon (again), and Brett Sinkbeil from Spring Training in 10 days each. I have also added a scan of the Bobby Thigpen success I had earlier in the week. I will most likely not update until next weekend, when I get to check my mailbox once again. Unfortunately I have to report the passing of Brooklyn Dodgers legendary pitcher Clem Labine today. Below is a card I had him sign in 2004.

3/1/07- Two successes to start the month, including my first from the Cactus League. Brad Lincoln and Matt Morris took 9 days each.

2/28/07- Nothing to report yesterday, but five returns to end the month today. T.J. Beam, James Shields, and Mitch Talbot all came from Spring Training in 8 days. I also received Scott Cousins from his home address in a month, and Bobby Thigpen from his home address in close to 8 months. A scan of the Thigpen will be added over the weekend most likely.

2/26/07- Five returns today, four of them from Spring Training. Emiliano Fruto, Jose Garcia, Zach Hammes, and Joey Votto all came from Spring Training in 6 days. I also received Cody Johnson in a little over three weeks from his home address. I added a scan of a previous success from Toby Harrah that arrived at my home address, which I only received now. It is on Page 21.

2/23/07- Two returns today. My first was Ray Washburn from his home in a month, The second was a surprise, Trot Nixon from his home address, sent to him in the end of October. It was postmarked from the Indians' training camp in FL. Finally, a big success today on the HOF front, as I have added my 190th HOFer autograph, umpire Bill Klem. This was purchased off of eBay, and came with a Richard Simon COA. His autograph has been added to my HOF gallery.

2/20/07- Not much to report today, except for a return from Jermaine Mitchell in three weeks from his home address. I also mailed my 90 or so Spring Training TTM requests this afternoon.

2/15/07- Two more successes today, both are pretty good quality. First up is Jay Buhner from what appears to be his parents' address. My card was replaced with another signed card, but I can't complain. Finally, Indians 2006 #1 pick, David Huff, signed my card and enclosed a signed note on his own personalized letter stationary.

2/14/07: No mail to report yesterday. Some quality mail returns today. Both Bob Boone and Georgia Tech player Matt Wieters in around two weeks. I have also updated the Links page to add new sites and remove ones that have not updated in awhile.

2/12/07: Four new returns to report today. I received Diamondbacks draft pick Cyle Hankerd, Twins draft pick Chris Parmelee, as well as retired Cardinals catcher Tom Pagnozzi from his foundation with a $5 fee, and a longer return from former Reds player Hal Morris. Scans are up now.

2/9/07: Four autographs in the mail today, all are available for viewing on Page 21 of the TTM pages. They include 2006 Bowman Draft Prospects of Zach McAllister, Matt McBride, and Tyler Robertson, along with a 2006 Bowman Heritage card of Evan Longoria. Sadly, I must also report the recent deaths of players Hank Bauer, Max Lanier, and Lew Burdette. All three have signed for me in the past. Finally, I recently purchased an old GPC signed by several umpires, including the legendary HOF Umpire Bill Klem. Scans should be available beginning on Monday or Tuesday.
