PAYMENT:
Order and payment is made via our secure Webshop where you will be required to pay via PayPal. Alternatively, we can accept Euros or Pounds Sterling bank transfer. Please email us to request bank details.

ORDER PROCESS:
Once your order and payment has been received it will take us 3 WORKING days to process. During this time, we will happily accept order cancellations by email and provide a full refund.

CANCELLATION PROCESS:
If your order cancellation is received after the above mentioned period, it is likely that we have packaged your Scarf Artwork and therefore, will refund your payment less a 20% administration charge.

RETURNS:
If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will accept a return for a full refund. Please carefully package your Scarf Artwork and return at your own cost. Once received, we will happily provide a full refund of the purchase price including outbound delivery charges.

DELIVERY:
All Scarf Artwork is lovingly packaged and delivered by TNT (Dutch) insured postal service to the address provided in your order. We cannot be responsible for addresses that are incorrectly provided and therefore, resulting in a delay in delivery.

CLAIMS:
If your Scarf Artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 WORKING days including photographic evidence of the damage, so we can process a claim. Claims made after this date will be void and no claims process will be started on your behalf

Postage cost* is dependent on frame size/weight and location.

* Prices are in Euros and inclusive of insurance up to 200Euros plus packaging
