Is H&D2 a first or third person shooter?
There are 3 views, 1st person, 3rd person and a new
"RTS" view (replaces the tactical map in H&D) which gives you an overhead view of the action,
realtime or paused, you can instantly switch to any viewpoint. More info on the overhead map can be found in the H&D2 Tactics (briefing page) section on the Official site
Is it possible to save at any point?
Yes, but there is only one save slot, so you can save as often as you want but your previous save will be overwritten each time. On higher diifficulty levels saves are limited.
Is there support for mods?
According to an article in PCGamer magazine, no.
Has a demo been released?
Both SP and multiplayer demos are available, see downloads.
What formats will Hidden and Dangerous 2 be released
on?
Only PC, there's no info on possible console ports.
Will there be a mission editor with Hidden and
Dangerous 2?
No editor will be included on release, however editing
tools may be released once the game is out (not confirmed)
What locations does Hidden and Dangerous2 feature?
Lots of varied locations inc. Africa, Norway, Burma, the Arctic, Czech & Alps.

How many missions will there be in total?
There are 23 missions set over 7 campaigns.
What size are levels be in H&D2?
The levels will be roughly the same size as the H&D1

Can we play as German Soldiers?
Yes but only in head to head multiplayer.
Will the missions be generally more difficult than
in H&D1?
When we created missions in H&D 2 we try to copy the
learning curve so the first missions in HD2 are simpler than in HD1
and last missions are tougher.
How realistic will the weapon's characteristics
be?
We have ballistic model calculated from real weapons
characteristics, probability of jamming and penetrability of materials,
calculated magazines.
Can you move/hide bodies?
Yes.
Can you peek around corners?
Yes.
How much blood and gore is in the game?
A realistic amount but not too sadistic.
