Manual Installation: To install extract the contents of this rar/zip file to the hl1 subdirectory of your Half-Life Source folder e.g. C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\Steamapps\(username here)\Half-Life Source\hl1 Before playing: 1.Remove -console from your command line (launch options) 2.Open your console and enter the following commands: -bind y messagemode -bind u messagemode2 -name "enter name here" Starting a listen server: When starting a listen server you must start it twice, the first time it starts the server will be in singleplayer mode. After starting the second time type "sv_lan 0" in console and hit enter. Starting a dedicated server: Copy the hl1 subdirectory from your Half-Life Source folder into your Source Dedicated Server folder after extracting the patch.
