Ingredients
1 pound Sliced strawberries
1 Mango, sliced in cubes
1 cup Cantelop, sliced
1 cup Watermelon, sliced (see The Bowl instructions)
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teasthingy Salt
1 1/2 teasthingy Dried ancho chilli powder
Preparation
In large bowl, combine strawberries, mango, melon and pineapple. Add orange juice, lime juice, sugar, salt and chili powder to taste; mix well. Chill atleast 1 hour before serving.
The Bowl
Slice a watermelon in half. Using an ice cream scooper, remove the fruit of the watermelon shell. Using a carving knife, carve the edges of the shell for a decorated effect. *Use the watermelon fruit for ingredients.
Cook's Notes
You can also add 1/4 cup tequilla if serving to an adult only crowd.
