HOW TO GET YOUR ORIGINAL FICTION OR FANFICTION ONTO HIPS&HEARTS:
You need to email me at Jaseysaurus@yahoo.com (with "Hips&Hearts Fiction" in the subject line) with the following:

Your name (Nickname or not. Last name is not required. Your email address can also be attached to the story. If you have a Cbox or something like it that
you want me to add to your story so you can recieve feedback that way, the code must be included)
Title of story:
Number of chapters
Is the story complete? (If the story is not complete, you will not have to fill out this form again to send me new chapters as you write them.
Just give me your name and the title of the story again and I will add the next chapters to your story page.)
Type of fiction (Original fiction? Band fanfiction? Anime fanfiction?):
Genre (romance, action, etc):
Main character: (if fanfiction, I want the name of the original main character and the character from the band/story the fanfiction was written for.)
Colours you want for your story page: (What colour font you want used, what colour background you want, etc)
If you have a layout you want me to use for your story, include
The link to any banners you or someone else has made for your story
And of course, the story itself =] Preferably in HTML mode. If you don't know how to use HTML, plain text is fine.
