You MUST know how to build sites
Must know how to add pictures
Must be an honest person
MUST MUST MUST be able to update OFTEN
Must have a site READY to show us (so we can see your work -- if you show a sloppy site, then we will decline your application)
If you don't have a site, you HAVE to show us some layouts, blends, icons, avatars, etc to show us (at least 2-3 peices of work)
You can NOT slack off
Must be a hard worker and able to take in a lot of work
MUST HAVE FUN BEING A CO-WEBBIE!!!!!!

Photo Managing (add/remove/update photos)
Inside Scoop (put all the latest news on the site)
Affilate/Link Manager (add/remove/update affilates and links)
Freebie Manager (make freebies for everyone)
Media Manager (add, remove, update all the media)
Layout manager (update layout/template at least once every month or so)
