Rules for HOSTING:

You must have a site ready to show us (so we can see your work -- if you have a sloppy site, we won't host for you)
You must include the site URL in the box that asks for the URL
You must link us on your site

Rules for becoming a partner:

Include site URL
Include name and e-mail address

Rules for free e-mail service:

You must tell us the name you want in the address (eg kate430)
You must allow us to make adjustments to your name if needed (sometimes certain names are already taken)
And you must actually use the account -- if you don't we will just delete it!

Rules for contests:

Must include your name AND your site OR e-mail (site url REQUIRED for the SOTM contest)
Must include URL for pics
Must include url for sites
