 To Become Owner: You Must be at least a Anbu with 2 akatsuki ninja 2 shippuden all d and c rank missions, all subordinates, and 3 jounins.

To Be a moderator: You must have at least the sound4 ninjas,,2 subordinate,All d and c rank missions completed and at least 1 special ninja, 1 mist ninja.  If they are to hard please contact the owner if u could shorten the requirements a bit.
