DIVISION TWO -WITHDRAWAL OF LITTLE RIBSTON

After struggling to fulfil fixtures and field a full side all season so far unfortunately Little Ribston have regretfully, despite their best efforts to continue, had to inform the League Secretary of their intention to withdraw from the league with immediate effect.

All future fixtures with Little Ribston in Division will now be "byes" and teams involved will have a free week.
To be fair to all teams, all points gained in previous matches have been removed and the tables adjusted accordingly

Please ensure Division 2 captains are aware

CHANGE TO DIVISION 5/6 FIXTURES

Due to the withdrawal of Little Ribston B from the league there are now 8 teams in the bottom division allowing the fixtures to be re-done so it becomes a full season with no free weeks and no "play-offs".
There is now no division 6
Please make sure that you update your club records so there is no confusion regarding opponents and venues during the season.

In the Greaves Cup Rainton now have a "BYE" in the first round and go straight through to meet Spofforth in the Semi Final on 26th June

3rd AUGUST - END OF 2016 SEASON!

Congratulations to all the Cup and Division winners and runners up, commiserations to all those that ended up in positions they didn't wish to be in.

The relegation places are dependent on how many teams enter or leave the league before next season - so all may not be lost!
