Administration |
| Honor Guard enjoys very little administration. We are a completely rankles clan. All members are equal. The only administration to speak of is the administrators and moderators of the Forums and of this website. These responsibilities are assigned on an as-needed basis. |
Philosophy |
| Honor Guard is a clan built upon the principle that all members are of equal
stature. There are no ranks. HG is simply a brotherhood of players.
We believe that once a member has been accepted, membership should continue until such a time as that member should decide to leave or is found to be in violation of our rules. If a member should choose to leave HG, he or she may do so without prejudice against re-entry at a later time. If a member violates our rules, his or her offence(s) will be discussed by our members and they may choose to kick the member in question. HG is a gaming club at its core. We formed in order to give our members a place to meet, share strats, build friendships, and have a name to be proud of. |

The bottom line is that all HG members should treat other players with respect and play in an honorable fashion. |
Recruitment |
| Honor Guard recruits players on the principle that all of our members are of
equal stature. In essence, all members are leaders. We accept people for membership keeping that
principle in mind. Skill is not a requisite for membership however we are looking for people with the
potential and motivation to become skilled. But most importantly you have to be fun to hang around
with.
A prospective member will need to be sponsored by one of our current members. This sponsor will create a recruitment poll on behalf of the prospective member. The poll will be active for one week. 80% approval is required for acceptance. If the prospective member fails to be accepted then he or she may try again after a period of one month. |
