Ho-ho-ho! Another year or two to semi update the weblog. Im considering if moving to another blog sites or not even bother. Well, maybe the 3 of you who see the blog once a year can tell me if its worth it. Meanwhile, and back on topic, theres a few mods done since last post...yes yes, I should update the dowload sections and make a
few posts more. But now, to the latest mod. Night of the undead ... uhhh, as a pre test mod or pre map for Resident Evil mod, I just made a little but cozy map mod called Night of the Undead ! Stormy night in southern germany ... a stolen truck .. a lost platoon...and lot of ...undead. Thats about it. An intro trailer.

Wow! Took me some time to update this litte blog/site, I know ...a year or 2 maybe lol ! It was a matter of time any way, at least I have a nice entry and a good excuse. I should have posted the Legislative Palace but that would be my next entry I guess. Now, what I promised. Operation Krugerland! After some months of good work during the last year I can proudly announce that this SP campaign is now ready in its first version. Obviously depending on the results, community feedback and my own state of mind hehe, I would start a sequel, or update this last campaign. I have a few ideas already ;) For those who didnt hear anything of Operation Krugerland yet, heres the story: "Only a few months before launching the final assault on Europe,
the most important in History so far, and also known as Operation
Overlord, General Williams, is Kidnapped in an excellent german
manoever. According to allied spies and intelligence reports,
Gen Williams its probably now In the Krugerland Area.
Without hesitation and as quick as possible the OSS prepares a
rescue undercover mission, with the best international team
available at the moment.
The mission: Will be to rescue Gen Williams, probably under
interrogation now, because it is only a matter of time before
the germans find out about the invasion plans in France.
The team lead by Lt. Powell, will be parachuting in Krugerland
in german mountain troops uniforms. There they will contact Agent
Salombo, infiltrated from some time now, on how to proceed with
the mission. It is also known, that the Gestapo is aware and
probably know something about this desperate mission, so the
team will have to improvise on the way. It is also important,
that Gen Williams must return alive, since its one of the
ideologist of Operation Overlord, hence one of the Chiefs in
Command of the Invasion."Now Ill leave you a vid or two of the mod, and after that go and grab it in the downloads section !

After the release of "The Hive" (The map based in the Resident Evil movie) and the good feedback, I decided to start a new and ambitious project. A remake of the game, the orginal Resident Evil, also known as RE1. Ive been planning a project like this for some time now. It will be focused in SP, hence, a lot of scripting, not only for zombies, but for the riddles and objectives, must be done. Elg its very happy and exited about the project just like me, so he will produce most of the scripting side. Regarding the architecture, I am in about a 80 % status, and improving. This project "The mansion" it is taking most of my time now. The idea, after this map, it is to make a second map, and even a third bsp, following the course of the game. However, I feel a little tired, without energies for modding, due to personal reasons, and no matter what people can say Im really "creating" time and working and seizing every second i dont have to mod...neglecting certain things, and This means that I dont feel with enough energies lately and Im making a huge effort, for something that should be fun, and rewarding, although sometimes, theres not enough feedback or rewards, rather than the personal satisfaction.
So, for all of the above, my future moh modding days will depend on the results (personal mainly) and some of the community feedback. I feel im going to need all my energies and time in the future.
I should post some pics now, but instead of that Im going to post the first 2 vids of "the mansion". Hope I can make some new more soon.

For the Halloween mod contest @ Mods r us, ive made this map of Resident Evil - The Hive.
It is based in the movie mostly, when the umbrella security enters "the Hive", the lab complex of the Umbrella corparion that has been taken by the Red queen, a supercomputer, due to that everyone is infected with the T-VIRUS, turning the thousand of scientists into flesh-eating zombies.

With the beta of Total Asasault relseased and a complete team of beta testers, modders and players,
and different servers in Europe and America, the beta was a total success. Time for beta of course! We received a
lot of feedback, and I would like to thank all those who were part of the Public beta like the KC dutch clan and lot more. Thanks all of you guys! Now, its time to keep working for the final release, wich should be soon! With Berlin and Warsaw, the 2 maps I released in the mod ( ill extend a little more of the second one later on) Im planning a new map, and the team has some more great ideas for the final TA ! Planet Medal of Honor
As a part of the "Great War" mod for Medal of Honor Allied Assault based in the WWI, I have made this trench map based in the French scenario; one of the worst and bloodiest battles of all times, and certailny of WWI.
I designed the map, in a way that there are several lines of trenches and bunkers at both sides of the map, and a big structure (Church) in the middle. Random explosions, custom amb sound, wood and cement trenches, machine gun nests, sniper spots and a lot of places where to hide or stand battle or defend your position. A battle were the team that takes enemy position will certainly win the match!

Finally, and after some time we have the Total Assault Website up. There, you can find all the info regarding this ambitious TC, for Allied Assault. After a difficult month of February without mapping, and some busy month of March, Im actually mapping and working hard for Total Assault.We are setting the TA site too, and some other important things with the Team to make TA a great mod to play. Berlin is in a 90 % status, at least in the basic architecture, although it needs some more detail and some krugerland personal touch, but i think its going to be a nice and funny map to play. Fast, interesting, and with very good FPS for this ambitous map, and with very good playability. We are also testing a lot of things atm too. Here some ss of Berlin with the Cathedral as a witness of the furious battle and some player skins testing with the team.
Quick changes, and technology made a little twist in the Berliner map for Total Assault. I am focusing in the Berliner Dom and some other important bulidings of the III Reich in this big an beautiful Berlin of the WWII. Time, and changes, are forcing me to take desicions this time, and a deadline (15th may) seems to be fair enough for me. I am not giving details of the mod now, but that should be a reasonable time to finish at least "Berlin" and then with some luck, "Poland". Was about time to update the site again.
Extra offcicially, i started to make some drawings for a possible future map, of trenches, barbwires, mud, sandbags and destroyed buidlings. I always liked the WW1 theme and this might be a good opportunity, after i finish the TA maps. February is been a busy, crazy and surrealist month. Crazy. Hope i can start mapping soon in a couple of days ....
Ardennes - Map - Christmas in the Trenches Released
Finally, finished Ardennes. A Winter snowy map. Trenches and foxholes, protect you against the constant heavy artillery fire. Stay in your foxhole or charge against enemy positions to defeat your rival, or stay in the confort of your trenches to defend your position againt superior forces. The choice is yours. Well, i think you got the idea. A very funny map to play 10 vs 10 or FFA, specially with friends. Lots of FX and if you want more, hey! just mod it. Along wth this map theres an ardennes skinpack courtesy of NaotoKhan.
Wintertime comes so cold this season. Christmas Is coming. Snow too. Nice time to make a Snowy map. From a long time now ive been with the idea of making a map with foxholes, trenches, snow, arty explosions. The dilemma of staying in your hole or charge agains enemy positions in a no mans land were you could get your head blown off very easily. Well, a foxhole map. Ardennes. A big snowy and open terrain with your enemy in front of you. Some pics to give you an idea ;)
Just finished, well, better said, Released Silent Hill, since i left a couple of days for Beta testing and feedback. Fixed a couple of things and ready to go. I am more concerned now with Total Assault Maps. I am guessing Bunker Assault is ready for beta and feedback with the rest of the team, but my major concern is Berlin.
Oh, i forgot to mention that along with Silent Hill, theres a player skin pack, with 4 player skin made by Salombo, a blood Patch and some weapon effects.I Really enjoy this map and i might add some more things in a future version. Is a medium size map and So far it has all a player can ask for. Involving Ambience, Interesting custom Sounds, nice fps, good close alley fight. A scary, fun map, specially for Halloween, or a winter night to have fun with friends. Ok, hope you all enjoy it, go and grab it in the download sections.

For a couple of days, while mapping for Total Assault (Bunker Assault map) I thought it was agood idea, to make somehting nice for Halloween. Something different.
and bam! I got that excuse for MRU, as usual, with the Halloween mod contest ( Shame there was little feedback) Anyway, " what should i do ? " Immediately, what
came to my mind was Silent Hill. Not a very strange idea, if you realize that it was the last "horror" movie I saw. I liked the idea and the challenge of recreating the ambience, etc
And that was basically it. I made the map in around 10 days (pretty fast for me) and is still in beta although i am planning the final release soon. (hope tomorrow or so)
The map is absolutely compatible with AA, SH and BT. Here some pics as a preview. Thanks to Djfou for some of his graphic designs.
Wow, i just realized i have not released Servera yet, although i got quite a lot of feedback from the beta testings, from 1936 clan players and mappers like Kalti who helped me to check some things. I should really finish and realesed it soon.
Anyway, i started working on Berlin, the undergrounds bunkers and when i realized the bunkers got so extended that i thought it could be a map, a small sized map for fun. i couldnt stop and the small sized map grew up a little bit to be a medium/big sized map. Bunker Assault. Well, what can i say, i always had in mind a bunker map! I am still not sure if add this one to Total Assault, but i guess this will depend on the results of the Beta and the ideas that might come up with time and the rest of the team. Som screens as a preview, already posted as an Exclusive at Uber. More to come soon.
I am currently beta testing Son Servera at CMC server. Results came up pretty good although i know fps could be improved and some adjustments must be made. I kind of that knew that. I will let the guys test the map for a couple of days,take a rest too and then ill start to fix things. Shouldnt be a big problem. Details are more or less under control and i have a little list here. No big bugs, only one near a wall where apparently doing some weird movements yo can fall through the mesh floor. A clip is fine.
So, after a couple of days, or week, i will probably release the map. More news soon!
New pics of son Servera. After some days of techincal problems, I am about to finish basic architecture of the map. After that, polish some things, and work a little bit in details as i normally do. Details are important after all right? Hmm, ive been also thinking in some changes, but i am not sure. I might delete 1 house which is not going to be used (much) and wont affect gameplay, and i will simply create a façade where the house it. I think i am going to optimize it a bit too, i already used some vis to test and i gain some fps that i lost with so much details. The Lift i was planning to add in the strange grey building, i am not going to use it. Nope, just changed my mind although it was a real cool lift. I am going to use 1 or 2 useable radios that you can change dial. Songs from that time. Well, some other details and results from beta later!
Here some more pics of Servera. Although i ve been not working much, and thers still some things to improve and optimize, the map is in its final stages. Also i am planning to add a new gamtype to the existing ones in 1936. Total Conquest. Some changes in the architecture are needed and due to the fact that the 1936 update will be released soon i am not sure if i could finish (at least a decent final product or to my taste) for the end of this month. I shall see. My rythm of work or path in mapping is not the most adequate i must admit. New updates coming soon.
Well, i started this map a couple of months ago now. The problem is, that due to the big amount of work, private stuff and Total Assault TC
(which we have been developing this last 2 months) i have practically no time for it. However, ive been working here and there on it, and since the 1936 community
deserves some other maps, i am willing to finish it.
Son servera is one of the small towns in Majorca island that had belic activity during the Spanish Civil war. Not far away where the republicans landed.

I ve been busy, So, i have started and finished different projects.
First of all, i finished Weihnachts Dorf ( BT version) and Navidad 1936 ( 1936 TC version).
I finished it quite a long time now, like 2 months

The map is located in a strange and hidden place of Krugerland so all resemblance with reality is merely coincidential.

I have (accidentaly) and recently started a small winter map. Due to a contest at MRU for a christmas tree pic and then for a christmas
mod, i thought that a regular stock map, with some snow and a tree winter model wont be suitable or decent enough. So i started a very small map for it :)
The small map grew a little bit (not much though) but enough to make a fun, fast playable winter map. Sorry, christmas map. The Weihnacht Dorf.
Its a small town somehere in "Krugerland" :) with a very cold, cozy but funny atmosphere.
Ill show some preview pics and post some more info later. It is a BT map, but it is also the posibility to do it for AA. More to come.
yep, I have decided to dedicate this new and (small) site to the different moh series, as well as my mods. Since some of my work is spread in different sites I thought it could be nice to put some of it, concentrated in here, before i keep losing mods and files :)
You will find some of my earlier mods together with the last ones, info related to the Moh world, as well as other mods like skins, weapons and maps that are worth checking.
I will also make available and post different tutorials, for different skills, that are currently in spanish and need to be transalted, to be ready to download and check.
