My name is Catherine Goon and I am a professional English / Spanish translator and interpreter with 19 years of experience.

Native Panamanian, having worked in the private and public sector for organizations in Panama and the United States. Some of them are: The United Nations, DHL Atlanta, Los Angeles Unified School District, Supreme Court of Panama, Social Security,  Panama Tourism Board and Cartographic Institute.

In recent years I have focused on assisting people relocating to Panama. Facilitating the process for English speaking people into my culture and seeing it become part of their new life, is a deeply fulfilling part of my business.

I pride myself in building personal relationships with my clients. Through understanding who they are, I am able to serve their needs by providing a personalized approach. My clients know that they can depend on me. Most of my business is gained through referrals.

In all dealings I act on behalf of my clients, as I am aware that people moving to Panama are often unsure of who to trust and are in a vulnerable position because of limited language and cultural knowledge. My clients can rest assured that I work for them.

I am passionate about the ocean, being outdoors, scuba diving, lately I've been learning open sea fishing, good friends, family and parenting my three beautiful teenage children and watching them blossom in the world.
