Helping Ourselves

Before all of my illnesses started, I worked double shifts to help pay for our home, at this time my husband was not so ill either, and doctors kept telling him that they could help him, and there are some specialist that still can help us..

We would gladly sell our home so we could move where the doctors are that might be able to help us. But our home is in such disrepair that we could not get enough to even pay off the loan. If we can fix it, we could maybe pay off all of our bills, and got a very cheap home in Ohio, that is where the doctors say that they can help us ,and I have family there that could and would care for us when we are too ill to do it our selves. But even that cost money. We know some people that can fix our home good enough for sale for around $7000.00 labor.. They are all just handy men, but very good ones. Fixing and selling our home is the best thing that we can do to help ourselves.

But as you read the rest of the letter, you can see there is no way out for us!!!!!!!we might be the next people on the street ,and with our illnesses what happens then/?????????????

We have tried to help ourselves, we have sold everything that we owned except our kitchen appliances and table. The table is the only place that my husband can rest, he has to have a certain height to lean his arms on to hold up his head. And we still have our bed. We have tried to help ourselves.

As for me, I pray a lot, and hope that our Lord will answer my prayers, I feel so lost.
