Haihowak International Federation (HIF) was founded on August 9, 1998 in Dabrowa Gornicza. It's an organization which supervise all stuff about Haihowak. It can change game rules or organize Haihowak competition. About HIF You can read here; there is also Foundation Act of HIF, unfortunatly it's still in Polish.

HIF is a federation of country union. Now, it's only one country union - Polski Zwiazek Hejholka (Polish Haihowak Union). If you like Haihowak, You know, how to play it and you live outside of Poland you can found a union in your country. Write to us (pawelg@dabrowa.pl) and we will write you, what you have to do. All new unions' foundation documents must be correct with Country Union Code. You, as a founder could be a president of new union. And union's presidents are a member of HIF.
