General:
This is a fictional horse simulation game, no actual horses or currency is exchanged, everything here comes from the imaginations of the administrator and members.
As a horse simulation game none of the ideas within the game are truly original, they have come about through discussions with other game owners in the late 1990's,
as this is the case certain concepts become popular and others do not. I have taken some of my original ideas and others to create this game. The game site layout and
member content is copyright protected. However concepts are freely able to be used by other games new or existing.
Member Websites:
We do not oversee member website creation and therefore cannot be held accountable for the content of member websites. We do have some rules regarding copyrights
and copyright infringements, however we cannot control what members put on their sites. (Offensive material obviously is not allowable and will result in said member
being expelled from the game.)
Created/Bred Horses:
We do allow importing and exporting of horses under strict regulations, however generally speaking to maintain bloodlines and make game play easier we maintain
copyright on all horses in the game. All the horses in this game are assumed original creations by their owners, any similarities between them and real horses are
purely coincidental. Any real horse names are purely used for educational/ entertaiment purposes through pedigree research.
Photographs:
All photographs in this game have either been taken by the member in question or are assumed to be used with written permission of the photographer (we specificially
ask for a screenshot of the written consent). Any individual wishing to pursue a copyright violation should contact the individual offending member to correct the violation
as the administration of Heaven Sent Sim cannot be held liable for actions of it's members.
