While pursuing a Baking and Pastry Degree at Johnson and Wales University I was inspired by one of the many quotes hanging on the University hallway walls that stated: "ALWAYS SIGN YOUR WORK WITH EXCELLENCE" This embodies my work ethic and committment to Customer Service.

I have been accused of being a "CONTROL FREAK" because ALL the work is done by me, using only the finest ingredients available; From baking and decorating the cakes to folding the delivery boxes is all done by me!  But how else can I make sure that the work is "Signed with Excellence" if I don't have a part of making your cake? 

I also do not do "COOKIE CUTTER" cake designs, your cake is YOUR cake; Designed for you and you alone, I may copy some of the cakes elements, but always changing something about them.  This is the reason why I am very selective in the customers I serve.  I maintain a quota and refuse to go over that quota because I know that I will not be at my best to serve my customer.

So let me create something completely unique for you, any design element on your wedding dress, like color, lace, beading or Tying the Wedding Theme into your cake, we can do it for you!
