I really have had nothing to write about. I have been really busy with the kids school and yearbook. I have made it to my first 10%, I did not think I would ever get there. So I have my 10% key chain and my 16 wk charm. I tried WW one other time and I never reached these goals so I am excited to get to my goal by my Birthday. My husband and some friends of ours are taking our Seniors from our homeschool co-op on there Senior trip. We are all really excited. The other mom that I am going with is on WW also, so we can incourage one another while we are gone. Anyways I will try to do more journaling. God Bless!!
January 30
I really haven't had much to write lately. I have lost so far 15.8 lbs at my WI tonight. I think I might switch to the core program. I lost 3lb the week that I was TOM and I believe it was because I was doing core with out realizing it. So I am doing some research on this program and am giving it 4 weeks OP with core to see how it goes. Not doing so great on the exercising. My goal is to exercise 3x this week and to do core. I am 3.2lbs from my 1st 10% it must be before my 16 weeks and Valentines Day.

Last night was a WW Meeting where we were introduced the new papers for WW. I really liked the new way to calculate the points because I recieved 3 more daily points. The new starter pack has alot of interesting items, I am looking forward to getting one. They did not have them last night. I lost 1.2 at least I did not gain some is something. I am really trying hard this week, of all weeks Christmas work parties and Christmas it self. Today I baked goodies for gift and did not have any of them. Then my husband comes home with a bag full of things from work and still did not give in. Yeah for me!!!!! That is a defeat!! One day at a time. One pound at a time. See ya later
December 21
Well tonight is my DH Christmas Party. The location Maggiano's. As one person put it, It is the death of WW. My DH did ask his boss to add Salmon to the list so hopefully that will help. This time of year is so hard. Well my Gazelle broke. I am hoping to find a treadmill on sale after the first of the year. So I decided to start my workout The Firm and it kicked my butt!!! I was out of breath after the warm up. So it must be working. I believe this well be a good program. Well I have to go and take some gifts to friends. Wish me luck tonight!
December 22
Last night went really well (I think) we will see on Tuesday at WI. I had the Lemon Chicken, Salad(that already had dressing on it), two fried zuccinni

and one bite of cheesecake and creme brule(sp?). I did not have any bread or pasta. I don't know how many pts that was but I did show self control myu DH said. Today I exercised like a mad woman. I am determined to loose weight on Christmas week. The dinner was nice and I enjoyed meeting everyone he worked with. My parents kept our children and they stayed the night. So in the morning before DH went to work we went and had coffee at our friends coffee shop. It was really nice. I had regular coffee with non-fat milk and splenda. I am so deternimed to change my life style and become healthy again. And of course fit into cute clothes again too!
December 27
Sorry I have not been updating I have been very busy. I cook Christmas dinner at my house for our family so that takes up a lot of my time. Anyways I hope everyones Christmas was wonderful! We had a wonderful Blessed Christmas. I WI last night and lost 2 pounds!!!! Yeah!!! Over Christmas week!!! I made a WW Pumpkin Pie for desert for me and it was wonderful. I have been doing the Firm too so that has helped a lot. I really have set my mind up this time. I am so excited about the future. I am setting my goal to weight 135 by my Birthday 6/29/07. One more Holiday to get over and then normal for a while. Have a Blessed Day!
December 29
So today was pretty funny. The other day my son's cap fell of his tooth so we had to go to the dentist to have them put it back on. My Mom and Dad met us there so that my Dad could take the boys video game shopping and my Mom and Daughter were going shopping. My daughter had recieved money and gift cards for Christmas so she was ready to spend them. When we were leaving the dentist she says Mom I forgot my purse, which had everything in it. She is so forgetfull. We try to tell her one of these days it is going to be something that you are wanting to do and you will be really upset. Well today was that day! Also today we were trying to figure out were to eat really quick because my Mom had to go to work and everywhere we thought of was full of WW no-no's. So my solution was to go home and fix something. A couple of months ago it would have been drive me through some fast food. Now the thought makes me sick. I also bought the Biggest Loser DVD's today. I am starting on them tomorrow, so I will tell you what they are like. We are doing a Valentine Challenge on the WW board to lose your 1st or 2nd 10% by Valentines. If I make(which I will) I will be at 179. Yeah out of the 90's and the 80's. All I know is my Husband better to flowers and a fruit basket! Ha Ha Ha o.k. I am not kidding. See you later.
January 3
Well I lost 1.8 lb last night Yeah!!!! The meeting was very busy with New Year's members joining. I have been going by myself since October and last night about five of my friends joined so maybe I will have some partners for this year. I really am looking foward to this new year. I can't wait to have lots of energy and to have a family pictures done. Most of all I can't wait to be healthy on my 31st B-Day. I missed my goal by a year but I will make it this time. God Willing. January 10
Weighed in last night and only lost 1 lb. I keep reminding myself one day and one pound. It is so hard because you just want the weight off!!!! I know steady getting there will keep the weight off for good. I really want to get my 10% by Valentines Day! We started school this week and that has been a challenge. I don't think I have mentioned this before but I homeschool 3 of my children. They are in 7th. 3rd and 1st. I Love it!!! It is just getting back to the books after Christmas break is hard on them. I really and happy that I have not gained and I am hoping to loose 2 lb next week need to exercise more. I am not putting any sweets in for my points until Valentines Day. I want to make goal by my birthday. Anyways have a great day! God Bless!
January 11
So I have decided to try something new and scary. I am not weighing myself at home anymore. I feel like I can weight myself to see if I have gained because of a slip up. So out of the fear of the scale at WI I am stay OP. We will see how it goes this Tuesday at WI. I don't have anymore to add just doing school with the kids.
January 14
So I have made it so far on not weighing myself this week. I want to see if it makes a difference. One more day to go till WI. I have done the Biggest Loser 5X this week my goal is to complete the 6 week program they have on the season 1 DVD. I really enjoy it. It is 6 days of workout alternating cardio with weight training. I want to lose the weight and have the least amount of excess skin. All tight and firm. Oh and by the way Bob loves lunges. AHHHHHH
Febuary 6
I tried Core and lost .4 pounds this week. Back to Flex to loose at least a pound. Not much to say other than DH and I are trying to kick a cold or sinus problems. Goal is to loose 3 pounds this week.
March 15
Things have been so busy and crazy around here. I have not been able to journal from all the crazyness. I had a really bad week and gained 2.2# from emotional not eating and not exercising. The next week I got back on track and lost 2.8#. You have to keep your focus no matter what. I thought to myself the person who is causing me problems is not going to keep me fat also. I will loose this weight and keep it off, so I can be a healthy example to my family.
April 25
O.K. so I have not been as faithfull as I thought I would be. I am know on track again. It is a proven fact that if you don't journal, drink water, measure and get vegies and fruit in you will gain 7.6 # in 4 wks. It will take me 2 weeks to get it off. I will be at goal by the end of the summer. My summer challenge is to maintain a weight loss of 15# a month. I believ that I can do this. I have the motivation. I don't want to feel this way any more. If I loose 15# a month I will be at 138 2# less then my goal in August. On my Birthday I would like to be 155. That is my new goals I have set.
