Here are a few mini tutorials on how to use these with different mail clients.
These are the Mail clients i use / have used in the past and if they are wrong or you have another way of doing them PLEASE email me. Thanks!

Calypso-
This is freeware and i really like it its pretty easy to use you can even use some fancier backgrounds of your choosing. To get this go here http://10xshooters.com/calypso-free/
How to use Sig Boxes with Calypso:
1. Open up the Mail Client.
2. On the left where it says signature, right click and Select Compose.
3. Select, Copy (Ctrl + C) & Paste (Ctrl + V) the desired sig box in area provided.
4. Add your Text, Signatures, Images as desired.
5. Enter a name for your Sig Box ex. Purple 1 or whatever.
6. Go to File, Save.
OPTIONAL #7: If using more than one account on Calypso on the Sig Box name right click and select Assign to Account.
8. Go to Compose new Message (the little pencil on the top left)
9. At the bottom you will see the signature area, select the one you want and it will be added to the message.
 
WALLA MAIL-
This is Free Email Account 1000 mb storage, but the only draw back on this is you have to go on the web to check and write email which isnt that bad, for me anyways. lol to get this go here http://www.walla.com
How to use Sig Boxes with Walla Mail.
1. Highlight and copy (Ctrl + C) desired sig box.
2. Go to options Bottom Left
3. Select Edit Signature.
4. Paste (Ctrl + V) into provided area.
5. Add text , signatures and images as desired.
6. Save.
 
NETSCAPE & MOZILLA-
Also free email clients i have used both these i am not that thrilled with mozilla it always freezes after awhile and takes forever.
1. Highlight and copy (Ctrl + C) desired sig box.
2. Open a new email message.
3. Paste Sig Box into email message.
4. Add text, signature and images desired.
5. Go to Save - Save Email as Template.
It will always stay there not matter how much you use it you can put on the subject line the name of the sig box.
 
MSN HOTMAIL-
1. Log on to MSN (of course LOL)
2. Highlight and copy (Ctrl + C) desired sig box. (I would use a small one for this i was messing around and found that if you use a BIG one or add ALOT of things to it they won't all show up)
3. Click on Options top right.
4. Select Personal Signature.
5. Paste into provided area.
6. Add text, signatures and images as desired.
7. Save.
 
INCREDIMAIL-
Who dosen't love Incredimail. Its fun and easy to use and you get alot of neat stationarys to use. Click here to get it. http://www.incredimail.com
1. Highlight Copy (Ctrl + C) and Paste (Ctrl + V) into a new Email message (Ctrl + N).
2. Add your Text and Signatures or images as desired.
3. Highlight and Copy (Ctrl + C)
4. Click on signature and from the drop down menu select New Signature.
5. Paste your finished box in the provided area.
6. Save and your done.
 
OUTLOOK EXPRESS-
1. Highlight and copy (Ctrl + C) desired sig box.
2. Open a new email message.
3. Paste Sig Box into email message.
4. Add text, signature and images desired.
5. Go to Save - Save it will then go into your drafts folder if you want to make a new folder...
6. right click on Local Folders and make a new folder name is sig boxes or whatever you want.
7. go back to the drafts folder and drag the email into your new folder you just made.
8. If you want to use it just double click and write your email or copy and paste it into a new email.
