Materials:
G or H crochet hook
4 ply yarn (2 colors
Ch 21, turn.
THE POTHOLDER:
1. sc in ea st across, turn.
2. ch 4, tr in ea st across, turn.
3 - 5. ch 1, sc in ea st across, turn.
6. ch 4, tr in ea st across, turn.
7 - 9. ch 1, sc in ea st across, turn.
10. ch 4, tr in ea st across, turn.
11 - 13. ch 1, sc in ea st across, turn.
14. ch 4, tr in ea st across, turn.
15. ch 1, sc in ea st across, fasten off and sew in ends.
THE STRIP:
Ch 20.
1. sc in ea st across, turn,
2. ch 1, sc in ea st across, fasten off and sew in ends.
ASSEMBLY:
Take the strips and weave them in the potholder where the tr were done.
Do sc around making sure you sc the strips in, ch 10 at end for a hanger if desired. |
