Our first love with collie started with Lassie like everybody else. We were living at Indonesia at that time and looking for a nice collie to be our family member, but could not find one. Thanks to the internet technology, that made is possible for us to search for collies from other countries. The closest neighbour of Indonesia, is Australia . We got our first collie from Ms. Lyn Power - Tonacco Collies at Victoria, Australia. He is sable-white male rough collie and his name is Ray O Diamond.
Ray arrived when he was 3 months old to Indonesia. We were ready with fenced backyards , a dog house and a runner for him , at our Country Wood Estate gated community area in South of Jakarta, Indonesia. He is so easy to be trained and groomed. All the nice things they said about a collie breed is true! He went to obidience class and got a handler, all set to go to the ring. But then we have to move back to Canada.
So here we are, living in 60 acres country side at the conservation area in Caledon, Ontario, Canada, and off course Ray come with us! The super charming rough collie sable-white is now 4 years old and never got a chance to see the inside of the ring. But now we are ready to make our collie families bigger and have more space and time to live our old dream of big happy collie family. We are planning to breed Ray and concentrate on raising and producing a purebreed, healthy and quality oriented rough collies, for families who loves dogs like us.
