Doors Open: - At 5.00 pm
*(Please note that music will be playing from 5.00 pm as the doors open so that Early Birds can dance whilst they wait for the Official Opening at 6.00 pm)*

The theme for the evening is
Red and Black -
It would be fabulous to see everyone dressed in either red or black or combinations of both, however there are no steadfast rules. Remember, it’s a BALL!
Important note – You are not required to wear your Heart and Sole Polo shirt to the Ball – keep that for the Royal Easter Show demonstration!

Tickets: All tickets are now paid for and are being delivered by Margaret Emery in person and by mail.
Foot Wear:
There are no sole or heel restrictions for the dancefloor at this venue. You can wear whatever shoes/boots you are comfortable dancing in on the night.
