 Registration Information

Registration is expected to be open June 1st.


 Registration Information & Procedures:

If you haven't read through our entire web site, please return to our home page. There is essential information there about the activities offered, commitments, and general information. 

To assist you in registering your participant please read through all the information on this page.  Questions pertaining to the individual activities should be directed to each instructor via their e-mail.  General questions may be directed to Shelley Levin at 847-0764.

        Activities will be filled on a first come first served basis.  A waiting list will be established for each activity once all the seats have been filled.

        Any activity which does not meet the instructor's minimum student number may be cancelled.

    Full payment is expected for the spring semester by December 31.   If you need financial assistance, you may contact Shelley Levin on payment plans. 

Any material fees will be due in total with your first payment.

 

Checks should be made payable to New Life Camp. 

Registration and Enrollment Fees:

Registration fees collected by New Life Camp cover costs incurred by the camp such as utilities, printing of forms, etc.

2009-2010 Registration fees - $30-  per participant per semester, payable at the time of registration regardless of the number of activities you sign up for. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Checks for registration fees should be made payable to New Life Camp.

Activity fees  will be $160 per semester ($320 for the year) for all activities except Next Level Basketball and Volleyball which will be $50 per semester ($100 for the year).  If a student participates in both Upwards Basketball and Next Level Basketball, the Next Level price will be discounted to $20 for the semester.

Your seat in the activity will not be guaranteed until your registration fee has been paid.

Materials fees & Supplies: In addition to the activity fees, a materials fee will be applied to each activity you sign up for.  The materials fee will vary based on subject and instructors.  Materials fees are listed on the Activity Guide page under each activity.  Following registration, you will be notified by mail with a complete bill of activity and material fees.

Participants may also be required to purchase textbooks and supplies for each activity.  See Homeschool Enrichment Activity Text & Supply List.

Registration checklist:

Registration takes place at newlifecamp.com.

  • Prepare the following items:
    • Health Insurance Carrier
    • Family Physician's name and phone number
    • List of current allergies and medications
    • Date of last tetanus shot (DPTP or DTP)
  • Go to newlifecamp.com and click on Registrations under Activities in the menu.
  • You will be required to log in.  Keep your user name and passwords for future registrations.
  • Select "Homeschool Enrichment Activities" under Start a New Registration.
  • Go through the step-by-step process of entering each child.
  • Each page may take several minutes to process your information.  Please be patient and do not hit the back or refresh buttons on the browser.
  • Upon finishing your registration, you will receive an e-mail that your registration has been sent to New Life Camp, but it is not complete until you...
  • Print the Homeschool Enrichment Activities Release Form and sign all appropriate places.  You may mail it in or drop it off with your registration payment (cash or check) to complete the registration.
